Best WLM Reviews
Very rude staff! They’re handing out chicken nuggets passed off as popcorn chicken making an excuse that their supplier has changed recipes. I expect for a national chain to be consistent with food. He didn’t want to provide me a refund I didn’t any of the food he was rude
Everyone that works at this location is cool! I order every once in a while and I’m always greeted by name which is sweet bc it’s always busy ???????? + also in every pick up order there’s always a sweet small message on my on the back of my bag ???? - the first time it happened it turned my day around THANK YOU :)
Placed a phone order at 4:15 so I wouldn't have to wait when I got there. Arrived at 5:00 thinking that was more than enough time. Food wasn't ready until 5:20. So an hour and 5 minutes to cook 40 chicken wings that's pretty damn bad. Not once did anyone say sorry or offer me a drink for the extra, extra long wait. This same location a couple years back a customer went crazy and through the cash register through the window.
Wingstop is one of the food places i go to for chicken, but today was given poor customer service, and It seems like many others receive the same treatment after reading the other reviews. We had a pretty big order and we were only missing a chicken sandwich. After bringing the food back, one of the workers there was waiting for us, and even highly did not believe we were telling the truth. Regardless, they made the sandwich for us, but the negativity and rudeness was not needed. I even noticed some of the employees don't exactly like working there, but I expect at the very least for them to have good customer service, which they heavily lack whenever I have food missing from them, which has happened more than once. Unfortunately due to this, I mostly likely will not be coming back to this wingstop. I also recommend getting Coke somewhere else, because there's tastes weird for some reason, and they haven't fix It for who knows how long.
Waited 45 minutes for a tub of ranch and a large fry. I ordered ahead of time to not have to wait so long and still ended up waiting. When I got my order fries were over cooked and with no flavor and only gave me small cups of ranch instead of the tub of ranch that I ordered. Will not be going to this wing stop anymore terrible customer service and wait times.
Top tier service. Crazy busy but their staff was on top of everything. Professional, efficient and we'll put together. Food was great. Crispy and tasty
This wing stop is amazing in taste and portions! We come here at least every week and most employees know us by name. Big shout out to the staff for the delicious wings and bomb fries every time.
We are really thankful for all of them always make our night so relax and enjoy some very delicious wings!
Best Wing stop forever????
They need to clean house there.. last few times I went staff has been rude to everyone. Called today and they just hung up while I was ordering. They don't want to be bothered nor be there the owner is loosing a lot of business I'm sure...last time I'm going there.
