Walked in to place an order for take out. I just ordered a 10 piece combo. I was told it would take 20-25 minutes. I waited for over 35+ minutes. Once I arrive home I see that. I was given the wrong flavored wings. I ordered Mango Habanero. I received BBQ. I also ordered well done fries and instead it was soggy. I also ordered Voodoo Fries and it was a mess and hardly any ranch on the fries. I want a refund. I’m currently on the phone trying to speak to a team member of this establishment. I called about 20 times and I am also trying to stay on the line and wait 10 minutes at a time. AND STILL NO ANSWER. It’s unfortunate that this is happening and not sure why they have a phone if they don’t answer? So, I have to physically come back to the store to explain their mistakes instead of doing it over the phone. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. I don’t have a problem with the one in Manteca. Very frustrated with this Wingstop Location in Tracy. STILL waiting on the phone. I guess I have to go in physically!
I ordered 10 PCS combo. I ordered spicy Korean and garlic Parmesan and fries. I love their fries got home to find the fries were burnt, cold and dry and my wings were boneless. I live 3 1/2 miles away. I was not going to go back to get them to replace them. This happens every time. The garlic Parmesan were so salty I couldn’t even eat them.
I had nit been to Wing Stop Tracy in about 2 years. I forgot why I stopped going. The ranch drew me back in. The problem is the lack of good customer service reminded me why I stopped going. We ordered our food on the app while in Stockton at 2:30. The receipt said the food would be ready at 3:00. We got to the Wing Stop at 2:50. Our food had not even been started. We did not receive our food until 3:20. The guy working the counter was not apologetic at all. It was an oh well attitude. I guess I just have to find the ranch recipe online because I won't be back. There are too many other Wing places in Tracy to deal with this.
Wish there was a zero star option. I ordered my food at 11:00 o clock. I ordered a 6 piece with fries. I didnt get my food till 1:15, although it said it would take 20-25 minutes to make and get to my house. My house is a 5 minute drive from this location. Absolute horrible. Also when food came, two of my wings were missing from my 6 piece. Also half bitten fry.
I ordered a couple hours in advance for 4pm . I arrived at 4pm waited in line for at least 5 minutes for them to tell me it will be another 15 min. Wish I would of known I just came from grocery shopping and bought ice cream. I'm sure there is another wing place I'm willing to try. The one in Lodi is awesome
I webt to place an order for delivery, and my $20 order turned into a $30 order because after taxes and delivery fee (which I accept), also a $4 tip was added automatically... no option to change it... FORCED to tip when I dont yet know the type of service I will get... TIP IS A REWARD FOR GOOD SERVICE, AND NOT AN OBLIGATION!!... Order was canceled.
I ordered an 8 piece combo and they took 40 minutiae to get it to us and it was not busy.. we had maybe 2-3 ordered ahead of us and it looked like they had plenty of staff.. not to mention the guy who helped us could’ve had better customer service.
Worker was super nice when I came to pick up my carryout order. She made sure to check I got everything right and I got a free brownie + 2 extra tenders.
