I figured I'd try Wingstop again... I'm disappointed to say this location was even worse than when I swore I'd NEVER eat at another one... I'm from Vegas, and it's been 3yrs since I've been in WA and at least 2yrs since trying to choke down the overly salty dried out food typical for Wingstop...
This location was just as salty, dried out, and screwed up my order too... that happened almost every time in Vegas, but at least in Vegas I could get the order corrected... here? I didn't even try...
Staff was RUDE and didn't even greet me... I don't look like I'm there to just hang out! I learned to NEVER call in my order or order online, because they NEVER get it right... so I'm standing there waiting for someone to come take my order, which is basic customer service right?
Nope... guess it was an inconvenience... I got: "yeah?" I didn't expect that, so I said HI, can I place an order to go? I got the same response... YEAH but with attitude...
I let it go, I placed my order, I chose NO TIP because I intended to give a cash tip after seeing if they got my order right... I got an EYE ROLL instead...
I stood where I could be seen, it wasn't busy at all, yet HALF an hour later I finally asked for my order... it had been sitting on the warmer shelf for over 15mins! I watched them put it up there!
I asked why... I got attitude...
NEVER AGAIN!
I'm mostly rating the service, we all pretty much know how Wingstop will taste and this location is really no different from the others on food quality. The attention to service at this location is mid at best. I went in to pick up my wings and ask the guy at the counter if my order was ready and he told me they're still working on it. So, I sat down and decided to wait for about 5 more minutes. Then I realized it has been 20 minutes since they said it would be ready from my online order. I asked another employee, and lo and behold my order was ready all along. I don't even think that first guy checked and he decided to just tell me no. Don't take no for an answer here, they're doing the bare minimum.
It really bothers me to write bad reviews, I work in customer service and I know it's difficult. But come on, a little effort!! When I entered the store the cashier didn't even greet me, I told her I had an order to pick up and she just brought it to the side of the counter. Not even in front of me, he didn't even tell me it was my order, he was just completely ignored! Not a thank you, nothing at all. She had a face as if she were being tortured... And the food was nothing special, always extremely salty.
I only come to this location because it’s literally down the street from my house, but today’s order was the final straw for me. Literally every time I order, something is wrong and I have to get it fixed. The same thing happened today. Only I was too annoyed and ticked that my order was wrong to even deal with waiting even longer for it to be corrected. I just won’t patronize this location anymore. It’s to a point where the service altogether is simply lazy. I don’t know how they continue to be consistent in lackluster quality in service AND food. I’d go to a different location.
This was a very enjoyable place to eat and quite affordable for the amount of food we got. My husband and I got the meal for 2 which included 15 wings, large.fries and 2 drinks. We also got some deep fried.corn on the side which had a Cuban flavoring which was super yummy! The wing flavors we tried were the mango habanero and the lemon pepper. I feel like it paired perfectly together because one was sweet and spicy and the other was sour and salty.
I absolutely love the place. The people here are extremely nice and I really enjoyed the service. They were friendly and helpful. They told us everything we needed and the atmosphere is awesome. I love the new music that they play here and it has a very nice small sports bar type of field. It's nice and warm and homey. I would definitely highly recommend Wingstop as it is a good and affordable place. I will definitely make sure to come here again and for some more food. They're voodoo fries are absolutely fantastic, but you definitely need to have something sweet to drink to enjoy it with.
Our cashier, Sammy, was so so friendly and kind!! They were such a warm presence inviting us in and selling the special to us!!
Plus- I absolutely adore the aviation decor. I am an aviation student :)

Better then I expected that’s for sure!! Order was made in less then 10 minutes, food was alright the fries are great and I like the wings I’ll be back for the voodoo fries!! They look the best!!
