Casual counter serve chain that serves a variety of chicken wings and sides. The chicken wings were so tasty. Customer service not that good.
Y’all need to do something about this location because it ain’t ok. I spent about 60 dollars for some cold hard ass fries, unseasoned and undercooked ass chicken. How is this legal??? These ppl don’t give a damn what they serve to their customers and that isn’t ok. I wasted money and now I feel sick from eating this bullshit. Why do you treat your customers like this?? If you don’t wanna work and do your job then simply quit! It’s that easy.
The store was disgustingly dirty. Did not trust eating the food and the wings were undercooked. Was planning on eating at the store but the tables and floor were sticky and dirty. Also the district manager, Courtney Cash, was very rude and unprofessional. You can tell she doesn't care about her employees and the employees looked miserable working there. Definitely will never be going there again and hope higher management can look into how the employees are being treated. It's sad
Order took 1 hr to be ready, got there told me they still needed 5 more minutes i took a seat and waited for about 10 minutes then asked if order wasn't ready yet to get the surprise that the order wast already called out and picked up while i was there waiting ???? like how ???????? i was there waiting and was never called out ???? then another 15-20 minutes for my order to be ready lol maybe put a name on the order bags or something seriously!!!
Valerie at the Wing Stop was amazing. She made sure we had an everything we needed. When we got there, Valerie welcomed us nicely. She made sure our food was fresh and ready.
The food was delicious. But Valerie's great service is what made our visit special. She is so nice and really cares about the customers. I recommend this Wing Stop and Valerie to anyone. We will definitely go back.
Got my order wrong the first time, had to drive back and tell them that, they fixed my order and threw in some extra wings and a drink but they forgot my sauce which frankly I would’ve preferred the sauce over the extra nuggets to be honest. Wasn’t gonna drive all the way back there a 3rd time just for some sauce so I’m just leaving a review instead.
The Garlic Parmesan flavor is so delicious! It does take awhile to get your order, which is a little difficult with an impatient toddler. But the food is great.
Brain dead staff . Waited 15 minutes when my order was on the shelf already . Getting cold .
