Service here is excellent, BUT the food overall is entirely too salty for my liking. But really nice people running things here with great attitude and good attention to details and the wants and needs of the customer. Operate accordingly.
00000- Manager Issa and seevice is TERRIBLE. I placed an order for 10 -15 minute pick up. I gave them 20 minutes. I came to pick up my order, and the order was NOTHING like the order I placed over the phone. So because of her lack of consideration and experience in customer service. This manager was racist and could be overheard telling her employees this job and fixing my order, not that serious. She told me that the service Wing stop uses to place orders over the phone is not affiliated with Wing stop and not their problem. She was inconsiderate of my time, my money, and me as a customer. She smiled as she gladly told me Kyle in corporate is who I can call. Her lack of respect for me. The additional 20 minutes to make the correct order messed up my ability to go home and enjoy my warm food. My last visit to this wing stop is because it is one thing for staff to be low class and rude, but a manager's job is to lead by example and as a Manager and lesder. She did represent well.
Quick and easy takeout - TWICE - Jun2024. I will say this - I often do takeout from this chain - compared to the MAJORITY of the locations I've visited in many states - THIS LOCATION IS PLEASANT - better counter people than almost all the locations I have ever visited, and ON TIME. Thanx.
I would say that the customer services was really good. The lady welcomed me the moment I opened the door. She was sweet.
The French Fries ???? was well cooked. But to be honest, I didn't like my Chicken Sandwich %100. It was not well cooked from inside.
I tried the ???? Sandwich in a different location with my coworkes, and it was really good.
All in add, it is good, and it is worth more improvements!
Asked for lemon pepper wings they didn’t put any seasoning just oil. My boyfriend asked for Cajun fries they gave him burnt fries with no seasoning . The food was cold and bland he went back to fix it and the lady at the front kept repeating what he said as if she was stupid . Didn’t fix anything and wanted to charge us for the seasoning we asked for .
Please shut this location DOWN!! Ordered at 7pm didn't get my order until 7:35p....got home and the wings were not cooked well done like I asked. They was still some pink inside...no seasoning...SUPER oily that the bottom of the bag got soaked. Called and asked for another 8pc to be cooked. Waited for another 45min before I got my wings and still not cooked well done. The cashier's also have stank attitudes.
I ordered through the app for pickup. I was given 1 ranch when I ordered 2 blue cheese. Of course I didn’t realize it until gotten home. I had to drive back to the location. Staff needs to ensure the accuracy of every order. It’s a huge inconvenience to have to return to the restaurant and my food was cold went got back to eat it.
