I wouldn't come to this Wingstop if I lived next door. I am all about convenience, I live about 7 minutes away from this Wingstop and would rather drive to the city of Chicago or literally anywhere else for better service. The service is just awful time and time again. You may be told 15 minutes until your order is ready but don't bother leaving your house for at least 30 minutes. Constantly saying the food will be ready and it will be out soon...instead you're just standing watching this disaster of a Wingstop attempt to function. If the wings are going to take 45 minutes, let the customers know. At this point, I could go to the store and home make my own wings faster. Oh! And don't even try ordering "extra seasoning" on anything. Your fries will actually come unseasoned and your lemon pepper wings will be floating in a pool of oil. Last time I checked, seasoning was herbs and spices, not a literal tub of yellow liquid. In conclusion, if you're looking for a quick and easy dinner, it genuinely may be faster to walk to Wisconsin than come to this place.
I use an app to order takeout from Wingstop. I have to say they were efficient; the food was ready in 10-15 minutes and I was impressed with how they packed my meal.
I ordered the 10-piece combo meal. It offers a solid mixture of drums and flats. The wings are of reasonable size. I think they overcooked it because it was slightly dry.
I tried their new maple sriracha sauce, which has a strong maple scent but no sriracha flavor. It has a pleasant heat to it. The sauce is ok compared to garlic parmesan. The wings were not coated in sauce at all. There is no garlic flavor that I can discern.
Their hand cut fries were okay; they were crispy and sweet, so I figured they were seasoned with sugar. I think it's unique since it's both sweet and salty.
In addition, I had a triple chocolate chunk brownie. I can't possibly finish my meal without dessert. The brownie was manufactured, so it was chilled, yet it still had nice moisture texture. It's a lovely touch to include chocolate pieces; each bite has a nice crunch.
Food was amazing. Probably the best wings I’ve had in a fast food restaurant. Establishment is very clean but most of all what I liked was how polite an incredible the staff was. Big thanks to Wasi and Mirza for been phenomenal and making me want to return. They are incredibly nice. Employees like this is reason why a businesses is successful. I hope the owner will acknowledge them. Ok
We were visiting from out of town. These wings were so greasy, even the boneless one. Lacked flavor. Sons got the chicken sandwiches ans they loved them.I definitely didn't enjoy these wings
This Wingstop is amazing. I would love to come eat here again. The atmosphere is kind and amazing. The service is incredible. Their kindness makes me want to come back. And I will. The food is great. I would totally recommend. I live approximately 5 minutes away from this Wingstop. I would walk on feet to get to this Wingstop. Totally worth it. Best wings i’ve ever had.
Went out of their way to make sure I had the right food. I’ve been here about four times previously and every single time they’ve been fast, delicious, correct, and kind!!! Amazing.
Since when did Wing Stop become skimpy on the fries?!? It has to be this location since I’ve been to several and never experienced this before. Usually it like 2 handfuls, not to mention there’s barely any seasoning on the fries and they were warm...yeah...no, not cool. Won't be back
Food is fantastic but... they have this 15 wings special with fries for 17.99 signs are up all over I asked for it , the girl called the manager and asked if they are doing that ? He looks at me and says it doesn't start until tomorrow. My question is if it doesn't start till "tomorrow" why do you have all the signs up today ? And why not honor my order .. the customer is always right instead the charged me full price 25$ for the same meal ... thats just petty to me .Im so dissapointed
