Okay so the customer service was amazing not too bad. The young man took my order well. But the food was horrible and sadly done with no care. I came in with my daughter and ordered their boneless combo. First the chicken was raw and not cooked all the way. Took a bite of one and chewed on cold meat. I understand they are frozen and just put in on the fryer but dam leave in for a bit longer or at least have the decency to check at least one of the meat. Second I asked for mild sauce and they only gave me a very small portion or not even a portion it was more like a drop. And that watery looking thing on that picture, is oil. I thought it was the sauce too but nope, dipped one of the chicken in that and took a bite of nothing but big oily bite. Please if you guys decide to go here at least check your food before you leave
I ordered online to avoid having to wait. When I arrive 20 minutes later expecting my order to be ready soon after. There were 2 people ordering (the first was ordering for 3 people and the second was ordering for 4, my order was only for 2 people) so I waited patiently for another 7 minutes. Now that it had been almost 30 minutes since I placed my order I figured it would be ready, my mistake, I was told that it would be ready soon. After the 2 orders that were taken after I arrived were given to their customers I inquired again about mine. I was told that I would be next. Almost an hour after I made my online order I finally received my order. Lesson learned never order ahead at this location or you will have to wait twice as long. Simply unexcusable. No apology or anything.
Ordered delivery, and the order was canceled. Was told to call the store, and I did. Talked to the manager and I honestly could not understand anything she was saying, and I dont think she understood me either. What I got from our conversation is that it was stolen by the delivery driver. They offered to remake it but for pick up, she didn't understand that I couldn't pick it up which is why I did delivery. She kept asking when I could pick up even after I told her I can't. Could not provide me an answer about whether I'd be refunded since the first order was canceled, and then she hung up on me. I see other complaints on here about her. How she's still a manager I don't know. After speaking to her I think I understand why the chicken isn't always fully cooked and why we're constantly missing our drinks when we order delivery. Shes probably why the turnover is so high there.
I don't know why the ratings are low here. I come here very often and the food is always good. They have a lot of young kids working there but they actually work hard. They have also never messed up my order compared to a lot of fast food places.
My very first time ever going to Wingstop and will probably be my last because of this place. The food was disgusting...so is the staff, especially the gm. Seriously, make better choices in life if you don't want to work at a fast food joint. I asked for a refund and she decided to just remake the order instead of giving me back my money, I threw it in the trash because it was just as disgusting as the first order. Her attitude is beyond nasty and so is her staff. I don't understand why or how so many people are coming here.
everyone was really nice but the amount of Cajun that were in my fries was insane & I didn’t notice till I got home so I didn’t even get to eat them please tell whoever’s on the fries to relax ????
They don’t respect our military! Wingstop has always honored the military discount. You can even check online.The workers said the GM said no.
Why because they didn't want to do there job. Whomever is this nightshift team SUCKS 4/21/23 - 850p discouraged us to order they told us 40 minutes u can see restaurant is empty. Bunch of lazy youngsters. And I bet the manager is 18 lol.. we still ordered anyway. Smh and wingstop USE to be my favorite wingstop. Looks like I'll be going to LongWongs in near future.
