This is the worst location EVER! The staff make you feel like you are in the way, they are giving away free food to friends just walking in and forgetting your order in the process. There is a young man there who DOES NOT know how to talk to customers AT ALL! Poor customer service completely. If you do not want to be at work don’t come but do not take it out on those ordering. It took an hour for our food to be done and we only ordered 2 6 piece combos. ????
They need to Hire more professional employees ! They have lazy employees who don’t give you the correct order you paid for and try to sneak other items in your bag without zero notice. Without any exaggeration I have tried this place three times and left unsatisfied every time. Terrible establishment I recommend the one in Oxon Hill Md where the employees are 10x more professional
Employees make sure to give you food in a bag leaking of grease that will sure rip before you make it to the house. Do not recommend this location.
Food was mainly good but I got the Louisiana Voodoo fries and they were super soggy by the time I got them, I got boneless wings and they stayed crispy. I ordered a large sweet tea and instead they gave me a small water, without any refund, of course when I asked for one they gave me one.
Everytime I come here either to eat or to pick up an order for doordash it takes a very long time and the employees are always chewing or eating while people wait. Shut it down. Ps: the girl in this pick doesn't do anything
Oh, my world; this is by far the worst place I have ever been to. There is no customer service here, the only two cooks they have is slow as a mug. The atmosphere itself is dull, and for a newly opened store, I was expecting a wow service. Whomever, the manager is if they do have one need to step up, pay close attention to your worker's attitude and the services rendered there. I will show the images I have with a takeout order received from them. The word disappointment is too good of a word to describe my service there. I will never eat there again.
This store committed some fraud on my debit card. I actually placed an order for delivery, they cancelled the order, and then charged me for it. I’m disputing the charges, but be careful with this awful place. The GM was completely clueless, not rude, but definitely wrong. When I called the store right after it happened, I spoke with a worker who took my information. She promised that the GM would call in an hour and that never happened. I waited 5 hours and called back. Spoke with a manager named Angela who didn’t seem very confident in her position or concerned about the fact that her company basically stole money from me.
I'm just to say that this one employee called Khalil gave a very poor service to me and my parents. My parents just ordered what they wanted and then I ordered my food. The problem is that once my parents checked the receipt it said $60 which was didn't make sense to them cause they ordered a 20 piece meal deal, but it seem like Khalil didn't put that and instead gave a 25 piece which in general is overpriced, so when my parents told Khalil he said the order was already processed, but my dad decided to cancel it because of the misunderstanding. And for what I could see in my point of view, Khalil seem annoyed and didn't seem happy and then proceeded to get a call while my dad tried re-ordering his food, but Khalil just ignored him. And based on what my dad said, another girl came to help Khalil and my dad, which Khalil seemed to not let her. I'm not saying its true cause I wasn't there but if that was the case, I'm quite disappointed how we were attended overall. I hope y'all get some more professional employees.
