Came to this Wingstop order a 10 piece classic meal , drove all the way home for them to give me 10 drums not even one flat. Okay cool mistakes happen but when I drove back to ask why did I receive only drums I was told"maybe that's all we had " if it was sweetheart you should of told me then I would've left you and your drums alone . Customer service sucked this is why I'm writing this review
They had two people staffed today, a Friday, so I waited almost an hour and had someone else pick my wings up. Whoever the manager is needs to get up and go down there and help their employees. I paid for a 10 piece all flat and got a ten piece with drums (I spent $20 on wings) Im annoyed cause the wings dont even really have any flavor . I want a refund and idk how to because they were only doing online orders.
We ordered a large order online and after pickup, only half of the wings were in the bag. I went back to the store & let them know which wings we were missing. The worker took the bag and gave us part of the order we were missing but then took back some of the other wings that were correctly in there the first time. Not to mention, the bag was given back with a hole in the bottom so everything was falling out. After going back into the store for a THIRD time still missing two orders of boneless wings, the worker was arguing that we had everything. Ended up without the correct order. Learn how to count. Never going back.
Pro: Absolutely Delicious. I ordered in the restaurant and yes it took around 20 min but here it is and the fries are great. Fried cord is good and the wings are spectacular. Good consistency of spicy.i went lemon pepper and hickory bbq, the size of the wings are regular size wings, but mom and pops restaurants use regular size. Bicycle lock parking station, parking, disable bathrooms well equipped for wheelchair
Con: I did not like the bathrooms, this owner needs to higher a separate company to deep clean after 12am! The workers here should not be cleaning the bathrooms, they can do touch up but as far as dealing with chemical's "NO!" there are technical schools that teach people how to deal with hazardous cleaning supply's which should be the norm in any cleaning company! Get a professional to clean your floors and bathroom you get the last star!
The location is prime! The handicap parking are worn out or lack a sign. Door does not have a disable auto opening button, wheelchair bound people will need outside assistant to hold door.
Ordered a10 piece boneless combo. Half was Korean BBQ and the other half was Hickory Smoked BBQ. My wife wanted Korean I wanted Hickory. The Korean half were tiny and all breading no chicken. Some of the hickory were this size as well. Only a handful were the normal size. They were smaller than a fast food nugget but far more expensive. Only our third time eating here but it will be our last.
Also every time I have been inside the restaurant it is thick with smoke. Either their kitchen hood is broken or the employees have not been trained on proper use of the kitchen equipment.
I love the fries from Wingstop, especially with extra seasoning. They're just sensational. Unfortunately, the Friday night I visited this location, a couple of family members and I stopped by and one ordered a meal, the others just the fries. The wait was more than 30 mins, but that was expected, since it was a Friday night. When we finally got our fries, this is what we received. It didn't even cover the bottom of the tray. The young man who was cooking said they only give 10oz fries for the regular order. That was the first time I'd heard of such a thing at this chain, but no worries, because we won't be back.
My wings were good the first time I ever ordered. Had no problems with my food. Today though, HOWEVER, I ordered online again. Why am I at the restaurant waiting an extra 20-30 min like I ordered in the restaurant?? It's unacceptable and defeats the purpose of ordering online. The email tells us what time it will be ready and when it's late like that you're disrespecting the time of your customers. I show up, the crew is just not doing anything really. Train your crew please on professionalism. And not trying to be THAT customer, but the lobby needs a deep clean. My wings today's were too soft or something. I will not order from this location again.
When someone is offering "fried wings" I guess it's natural to assume they mean breaded and fried.
Wingstop wings are not breaded, however and are fried "naked" as they put it.
This leaves you a tougher wing than if you had breaded it and with less flavor than if it had been grilled.
I suppose some people may prefer wings cooked this way, but I was disappointed.
Ordered the "Atomic" sauce and it was only mildly spicy.
Overall not a bad place for a quick bite, but if you are looking for a traditional "fried wing" look elsewhere.
