this place is absolutely terrible. i would never recommend this location to a soul. this is the second order i have placed for my daughter for dinner in the last two weeks and received the worst service ever!! each time ive ordered 20piece louisiana rub LARGE fry and corn … BOTH times i received 10piece wing with some terrible sauces on it far different from what i even order. sauces that i would NEVER eat. today i received an order with some type of white stuff that looks like cheese. i called to report this and got the worst customer service ever! the manager wouldn’t get on the phone and the worker who i spoke with acted like she didn’t want to be there or to help compensate or even just remake the order appropriately. i have reached out to wingstop customer service and haven’t heard anything yet but im going to continue to reach out because this service is unacceptable.
Employees are really friendly I have nothing bad to say. Yes it might be a wait for your order but understand they are working hard and not just sitting on their phones. They are busy and get everything out as quickly as they can.
Absolutely disgusting. They make the food with no gloves on. This place stunk like sewage as well. The employees are rude and rush you to order. Lobby is dirty. The lady taking the order and money was also touching the food with no gloves. Literally seen them touch raw chicken with barehands and they proceeded to touch the cooked chicken. This is in so many ways a health hazard and violation. Will be contacting someone about this.
The woman with the beard that was working the register taking orders needs to learn how to take an order. She rushed us through our very simple order of 2 10 piece traditional lemon pepper combos with ranch dressing. She rang up 3 drinks and 1 combo and then got the biggest attitude when I said that it should be 2 combos instead of 1 drink and the two drinks that come with the combo not 3. I mean the biggest attitude. The place smells like roaches and it’s disgusting everywhere that you look. There’s a random unattended kid doing flips over chairs and tables. The music is blasting. Every surface is disgusting sticky and covered in crumbs. Her finger nails looks like she just played in dirt. I am fully disgusted. Worst Wing Stop location I’ve ever seen. I mean for real this place smells like roach poop.
I could you not I ordered stuff from this Wingstop on October 31, 2024 and the total was around 53 dollars and the driver thought it was a bright idea to just not deliver my food even though I know he picked it up and I know he never dropped it off and canceled my order when he left this Wingstop locating and I was told I would get a refund by the next morning so when I seen I still didn’t I didn’t think much of it because those kind of stuff take Atleast 3 days but it’s been 13 days and still receive my refund. And I DO NOT blame Wingstop AT ALL, I blame DOORDASH and the dude named CARLOS who stole my food.
I had this delivered and it was disgusting the chicken strips were old and hard like they had been re-cooked over and over again
The fries If you want to call them that.. were burned, hard and cold plus had other food pieces in them...Order here again?? Hell to the naw!!????

Horrible. On National Wings Day I was given wings that were not fresh. Appeared to be wings that were reheated. The tables were not wiped and there was trash sitting on counter where napkins and plastic wear is available. Need a trash can in store. Store refused a fresh batch of wings because I had bit into one. I tossed wings on counter and asked them to throw them away. She said don’t throw them at me. I did not do that. Need customer service training here. Very dissatisfied.
The food is great if you don't have to wait an hour for 8 boneless wings. Employees are rude and don't want to help you. Would rather talk amongst themselves and be on their phone than actually making the food. Would not recommend this location.
