If I could give 0 stars I would. Sat here for 30 min. No one was here so how long does it take to cook some wings. Had to ask for my money back and that took for ever. No one ever apologized for the wait or anything. Don't waste your time.
Your wings are good, but you don't just take out of the grease and dump into a container. Have you ever heard of "drain grease" and then place in the container. You lose all of the seasoning on the wings in all that grease!!!! I always add more lemon pepper when I get home!! What a mess!!!!
I placed an order last night for 100 wings & no dippings! ???????????? Over $100 dollars & I asked im assuming the manager if everything was in the bags including my dipping sauces & he told me yes. Got all the way home (20 minutes away) & no dippings .. ???? The wings were good & just right tho!
Upon entering this wingstop location, l truly expected top notch since it's located near Houston Christian University.
Welp, no one welcomed me, my food was subpar, and the drink machine was super dirty.
The tables and floors were unkept, and the so-called employee attached the wrong drink syrup to another drink.
Poor customer service and subpar food, l won't return here!
I come here frequently because it’s close and I wish there was another one near me . Their service is so bad , they’re slow with prepping
your food . They give it to you any kind of way , their drink and utensil station is ALWAYS a mess. They will put you on hold for 10 minutes maybe longer and just hang up in your face , without courtesy or anything . Even when you go in to order they take too long to get to you .Everybody in the establishment act like they can’t comprehend or don’t want to serve you when you walk in .
Ordered 24 pieces boneless wings with two fries ???? not spicy at all just Hawaiian and garlic parmesan and this is what I got . The most spicy one missing 1 fries and bone in wings . Never again will order only from these store literally thiefs
If I could give a 0 I would! I went there Sunday and the cashiers shouldn’t be working if they don’t know how to fix such a simple math problem! Total was 24.19 gave her 50.25 and this girl done gave me my quarter back w a bunch of coins i was not trying to have and this other girl approached the situation snatched the coins out my hand and gave me a dollar bill and not only that But I asked and paid for a large order of cajun corn and they gave me the small one just to top if off this girl almost threw my bag to the floor w her nasty attitude ????
Everything was delicious, but check your bag and count the pieces
I bought 24 pieces and I only had 21
