First time ever having Wingstop, ordered takeout. Added an item when I arrived no problem.
Fun energetic group working! Very busy and pumping out food as fast as possible.
This is the best Wingstop location I've ever had! I've order twice from here one time I actually picked up my order and the lady at the front was so polite and had a very great attitude. Compared to the other location in on sunrise blvd this location service is unmatched. My other was ready when I walked in so I was kinda concerned it would be cold but to my surprise I got home and it was still piping hot. The same thing happened when I got it delivered. Both times I ordered a 20 piece with lemon pepper, hot , and korean barbecue and the wings were crispy evenly flavored and I enjoyed it very much. This is my favorite location by far. Keep up the good work!

Brittany at Wingstop in Pompano Beach was absolutely amazing! Her customer service was top-notch—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like she did. She made our visit truly enjoyable, and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Brittany, for your excellent service!
It’s look a nice place but the food takes to long to cook your food. they giving priority to delivery instead of walk-in. She said if I order 30 pieces, it will take 30 minutes, but if I get 8 pc will be fast 15 minutes. Regarding that, I got two of 8 pieces and it took almost 40 minutes. I got so upset with this place and I am never gonna go back there. I

Don't be fooled, I thought I ordered spicy boneless wings, turns out, they're spicy chicken nuggets, and they're t i n y.
the service is lapsing, the person who initially was going to take my order, couldn't answer a question about how many pieces can I get six, eight, of the boneless wings, so she said somebody will help me. And then I waited for a good ten minutes, before I even placed the order. Fries are soggy, and a small portion,not worth the $4. This is my first and will be my last time there, they apparently couldn't care less about taking my order.
This was my first and last time ordering from this Wingstop. They charged my credit card, but I never received my order. The managers were rude, combative, and unwilling to resolve the issue or provide a refund. I strongly recommend against ordering from this location.
Not only is the manager incredibly inefficient, he’s also rude and likes to talk back to customers. I feel bad because he’s old but at the same time I feel like if the service is going to be slow at least do not talk back and be rude about it. Waiting 30+ minutes for an order is never pleasant specially if it’s takeout
Poorly ran, rude employees, no sense of urgency. Everytime I try to patronize this location, it reminds me why I never get pass placing an order. Customers are always waiting long periods of time. Complaining their order isn't right. Needs new management who will take their job seriously and hire better ppl.
