Got about a 1/3 of a potato in my fries… it really threw me off but also gave me a giggle… when I went to pick up my food they told me 5 minutes but when I got home (about 2 min away) the wings were hardly warm and the fries (and potato) were almost cold… the flavor was still great as usual though!
I placed an online order for a 10 piece Louisiana rub and hot honey rub, the fries weren’t seasoned and as you can see no seasoning on the wings, I couldn’t tell the difference with the 2 flavors. I called and spoke with a manager who said I can come back and he’ll replace my order. Today I called back to place an order so it could be ready for pickup and spoke with Lupe, who said he was the general manager. He was extremely rude and said he didn’t see my name written down. I explained everything to him and told him I had a pic and he went on telling me he couldn’t do anything about it. I have an online receipt, pics and call log of me calling back. I won’t be going back to this location!
Come here every Friday night with my youth group. Although they are always busy, they are always friendly and attentive. Food is delicious and our orders have always been correct. New location is nice.
Unfortunately this is my bad review of this place. Their previous location (on main) was great, sub par times depending on the staff. Never once did I complain because the issues were taken care of or credited. This new location is aweful. I called back for an order placed under Marcus Guerra because I ordered a 6 piece lemon pepper wing combo with Cajun corn like i always have. When my husband came home with the order the wings were naked- not dressed. No seasoning to be found. I called back up to the store and the lady there told me she could credit me back JUST FOR THE SEASONING ALONE, I then asked how much was that? $1.25. Wingstop- Keep your change. Then offered for me to bring the wings back up so they could season them and not make me a new batch which i did ask about, disgusting . Wow- what a slap in the face. We will never be back to this location
Best experience overall ! the management team made my dining experience worth it! and i felt very welcomed and appreciated as a customer. i will definitely be returning to this very highly professional company
I ordered the special 20 boneless wings it was all over cooked and dried out. I ate one of the each flavor I ordered they were all horrible. They were thrown out. Worst wings I ever had. Can’t believe they’re still in business

You are lucky to have an employee like him, he is priceless employee, specially at this time when is hard to find a person like him in restaurant industry.
