Best WLM Reviews
I visited this location only to find staff members preparing food with no gloves and hair no fully covered with a net. The young lady who help me seem to have no problem with staff members preparing food without gloves and using there cellphones while fulfilling orders.
I visited this location because they prepared an order with an excessive amount of chicken hairs on it. I kindly asked the lady if someone gave her a meal that looked as such, would she eat it. After rewording the conversation twice she proceeds to tell me no. So why would you give someone something that you wouldn’t eat yourself? I will probably never visit this location again due to low quality customer service along with health and safely of food prep. They have a safe serve certificate which I will be notifying the health dept as staff need to be properly food safe trained again.
they are horrible and ghetto i ordered instead of saying what they didn’t they gave me anything as a substitute and then were really rude when i called to inquire about my order times are hard and i don’t have 50$ to just throw out the window never ordering from them again missing chicken sandwich flavor of wings were wrong all 30 and my traditional wings were missing
Wings hard and very dry I came back to switch them they refused to exchange at first they gave me hard time . They need a petter management or they will lose business + I saw the lady draping wings in the Frier all bloody not washed ???? ????
Service was horrible. Chicken was burnt and fries were cold. Not a very sanitary place. Food cooked and prepped with no gloves and no hair nets. My food had hair and when mentioned to staff they just went back to looking in their phones. Bunch of kids working in there. Never again! A tall dread head light skin dusty looking guy working behind the counter was very disrespectful and derogatory. Shut this place down or get a better team ASAP
Bro I thought ubereats was doing me dirty , food was missing every single time. So I decided to pick it up and deadass this whole time I thought the drivers was taking my food but I’m reality the store just wasn’t making it. Purposely leaving food out. I had to make it known I was missing over half my
Order and it took them 30 minutes for corn and fries. Be fr rn. They just stand around on their phones.
I had a disappointing experience at Wingstop. The wings were overcooked, lacking flavor, and the service was incredibly slow. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and I won't be returning anytime soon.
Absolutely ridiculous I placed my order on 6:00PM and it is 6:33PM and my order is not ready. When I came in the employees were just sitting down not making any orders. I heard an employee say they had seven tickets they had not started yet.
Update I waited 45 minutes just to arrive home and find out I do not have my fries I ordered with my combo. This place needs better management because it is run by stupid teens who have no idea what they are doing. Do not recommend this place.
Place is open till 12am.. walked in at 11:30pm.. they playing loud music and states they aren’t taking no orders but doors open till 12am?!?
