We stopped in wing stop on 12/07/24 and I must say everything was on point from the service to the food!! And Kuddos to the new manager he made sure we had everything we needed!! And to watch the manager not only enter act with his employees but to actually get in the kitchen and cook and check on his customers is ????
I live out of town from this location. I placed a delivery order for my son who is a college student. Food was never delivered yet the order was marked as delivered. I called the restaurant multiple times and no one ever answered. Eventually I got through and was immediately placed on hold. After waiting for 8 minutes I eventually hung up. What a waste of $25!!!
They just hire whoever. The temperature is 84°F . The girl taking my order was under the influence. I have been typing this review while waiting for my order which by the way has been 40 minutes and some customers were complaining about being here an hour. You might as well deliberately smoke cigarettes because the ventilation in here is 0 to none. Where is the accountability? Like seriously.. Does the owner even exist?
Been here for over an hour waiting for 3 orders all really easy. Then another guy (police officer) comes in that ordered got his food before anyone. There was also another guy who was here for door dash that was placed an hour before we even came in to get our food. Their service is horrible and slow!
Terrible service they had shorthand staff and were still slow and there were a lot of people waiting we ordered 1hr ago and still don't have our food 10/10 Def a popular pkace, please hire me staff..
They need to get an adult at this location to manage it!! I've never in my life seen such poor service. You will wait 45mins minimum for your wings. They seem to fix all of the call in and online orders, before making any of the walk-in orders. Not to mention that you may wait forever for your food, only for it to be missing something or just incorrect altogether. That means another 30min wait. They make no person a priority. If you mess up an order, make it right. Don't make that person wait even longer, for your mistake. Being told that your corrected order would be 6mins and u wait 40mins and still no food. Not acceptable!! If you're hungry... go elsewhere! And this isn't just every so often.. this is every time I've visited the location.
I’ve never waited so long for my food in all of my life. Service is consistently slow every time I order. I wait about 30-50 minutes for my 10 boneless wings every single time. Customer service is lacking.
I was calling to make a order and they hung up in my face multiple times I started to come up there and go off but my daughter wouldn't bring me up there. You need to hire new people that have more respect.
