Best WLM Reviews

The food was fresh and cooked as expected. The order I placed was "to go" and it was a pretty large order. I received it in a large paper bag and When I got home and began to pass out the meals that I had ordered, I realized that I was missing my tenders, and my corn. I attempted to make contact with the store using the phone number from the receipt, but the phone number was for a location in New Jersey and not for my local store. When I got back to the location, which was about 20 minutes from my home, Upon informing the staff regarding the error to my order, they were very nonchalant. The cashier, as well as the management Treated me as if I was bothering them. They did give me my missing items however the entire experience has left a proverbial bad taste in my mouth, and I probably won't be going back which is unfortunate because the food wasn't bad.
I usually don't have any issues with my orders but for two nights in a row my order has been incorrect. This location really needs help and should simply close it's doors at this point. My 1st order was a 10pc classic wings Lemmon pepper and hot wings with voodoo fries extra crispy. Fries were very soft almost half cooked. Hot wings were not sauced. The next night my order was the exact same. My fries STILL weren't extra crispy. Plus one employee left and went next door due to the heat. There's no working AC in this location just a box fan facing the kitchen. So customers are forced to wait while in a hot and limited seating area. The worker who went next door to cool off then came back to work and didn't immediately wash her hands. I had to ask her to wash her hands before she started to touch orders. She looked upset that I simply requested clean hygiene. She then tried to debate that she was going to wash her hands and how her hands were clean. Working in food you must have proper hygiene. As a common practice you should always wash your hands when reentering any establishment prior to returning to work duties. It's a shame that as a customer I had to witness this. I won't be returning for a 3rd nightmare experience.
This was the worst place or is the worst place to get wings from. The wings didn’t have no sauce. They taste like grease. Then when I called back to speak with the manager, I’m put on a hold for at least 10 minutes and then somebody grabbed the phone and hung it up. when I called back the manager answered and said it wasn’t him when clearly it was the same voice That was talking in the background by the phone. I spent $60 just for him to tell me to bring it back when I drove 20 minutes to get there and then you give me 10% discount. You can keep that 10% but you better believe I’m a right 100 reviews because this doesn’t make sense every time I come to this location and it’s the closest location for me. I used to eat Wingstop all the time in Florida. I guess I need to start traveling there to eat wings. I can’t give this location the time of day anymore. Food and service is horrible.
My daughter and I went here for lunch. The wings were pretty good. I had the lemon pepper and korean barbecue wings. The lemon pepper was a dry rub. I was definitely not impressed. I prefer a wet lemon pepper wing. The Korean barbecue was okay. It did not have that real Korean barbecue flavor that you expect. when you're eating a Korean barbecue. I guess it was a decent attempt.
The sit-down area was small but. Served its purpose. Overall, I would like to try some of the other wing flavors. When I do, I'll let you know what I think. Thank you
I go here very often and last time I was there, this one gentle man with tattoo ( I forgot to ask his name ) was being very nice and professional after they had an issues with my DoorDash order. Fries was crunchy and fresh. Very good.
I came in here to place an order and dine in, I paid 42$ for my meal. I ordered an 8pc mild combo, 4pc atomic tenders, big ranch, and 8pc garlic Parmesean combo, When I received my order and sat down to eat, my wings were cold, dry, tough, greasy with no sauce. My fries were hard, and cold. I asked a lady in the kitchen to redo my order (because it wasn't satisfactory) she threw my fries out and gave me fresh ones, however my wings she just poured some mild sauce on them and handed them back to me so now my wings were still cold, dry, overcooked only this time with cold sauce on them. I should not have had to ask a 2nd time for my order to be corrected. On top of that, our cashier (myliegh) stayed on her phone the whole time, came to the back area to munch on some wings then returned back to work without washing her hands, then would go back to back to play on her phone some more, some other worker (tall white guy, looked like he was tweaked out) was complaining out in the lobby of not being paid for worked hours, they place had plenty of workers so there is no reason that my order should've been this terrible. ???? I DEFINITELY called corporate and reported this location. If you don't want to work and do your job efficiently, then stay home!!!!
I placed my order online last night at around 7:30. This wingstop has been taking a while lately with orders so I got there around 8:15 and my order was still not ready. There was a sign on the door stating online orders only because they had been busy and backed up since 2pm. There was only two employees working when I got there and it’s extremely hot, which the employees stated their air was not working, and they were behind about an hour to two hours on orders. I waited patiently until about 10 when I finally received my order. Eventually additional employees came in and the two employees that were originally there could go. Those two employees were apparently from the morning shift. I was disappointed that these two employees were overworked in these conditions while another employee walked out on them and making a scene in front of the customers about how they should not have let him go for the night and the rush they were currently going through is their own fault. It takes a team to get the job done. Kudos to Miley and Anthony for holding down the fort, and to the additional employees that came in probably on their off time to save the night. Even though it was chaotic Miley remained nice to all the guests coming in at the front.
I have been going to this location for a while now, and at 1st i loved it, i usually get is once or twice a week, and have never really had problems until the past couple of weeks. it started with the night that the orders were behind, waited over an hour for food, and ended up having to just leave because it was almost midnight, and i had to work the next day, went back the following sunday, and asked if i could actually get my order now since i didn’t receive it friday night, and the girl that i guess was in charge rolled her eyes and told the girl at the counter to write it down, we waited forever again even though they were not busy, and received very disappointing food, my boneless wings were literally cut up tenders. decided to give them one more try and placed an online order monday night, went to pick up, and they kept telling me my order wasn’t ready, then a kitchen guy finally realized when he had no more tickets that our order was sitting on the front counter the entire time, and no one realized because they were all standing around talking to a past employee that was in there, and not doing their jobs. majority of the workers seem as though they could care less, and would rather be anywhere else, and have no care how the food comes out. i don’t usually post reviews good or bad but i loveeee wingstop, and just have been severely disappointed recently, and can’t wait for the new location to open, hopefully they actually care about their customers!!
