I recently visited Wingstop and had an incredible experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Cesar Gregorio. From the moment I walked in, Cesar greeted me with a warm smile and made the entire ordering process smooth and enjoyable. He was not only professional but also personable, going above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. His knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot-on, and he made sure my order was prepared to perfection. Cesar's exceptional customer service truly elevated my visit, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Wingstop is lucky to have such a dedicated and friendly team member—he deserves the highest praise! I’m lost of words, Cesar Gregorio gave me the BEST customer service I’ve ever received in my 30 years of living. He was very kind polite honest and didn’t give me some bad suggestions on the wing flavors. He definitely deserves a raise after tonight’s customer service skills he demonstrated to me. If you ask me a thing or two about customer service is that I know for a FACT what good customer service looks like.

Not one to go out of my way for wings, but thought I would give it a try. Greeted with a smile when I entered, and person who took my order gave great suggestions as I had never been there before. Honestly great customer service. Decided on the boneless meal deal so I could try 4 varieties . Liked most (lemon pepper was a bit salty for my taste but the Korean BBQ was delicious!) and will definitely go back for more. The seasoned fries were amazing! It took about 20 minutes to get my food, but I watched as they hand tossed each batch. Definitely fresh and made to order, and my family loved the variety!
You may see in other reviews that "it takes forever". Sure it takes some time, especially when they're busy, but the wait is worth it. Have you ever been to a McDonald's and always had fresh fries and chicken nuggets whenever you ordered them? I don't think so. Your fries, wings, tenders, ect. are always made fresh to order. The wings are always tender, juicy, and flavorful every time. Another great thing about this wing stop is their dedication to cleanliness. They clean front, back, sides, tops, bottoms, underneath, above everything every night when closing. I would recommend any king, queen, prince, or princess of any country to eat here. 5/5 stars for sure
Edit: after seeing other reviews there is a pattern. Laziness. They don't want to change the oil, they don't want to make the food. Do you think they clean where you can't see? This is a Kitchen Nightmare and Ramsey should go in and call the waving guy something clever.

Was looking at the menu through the glass and some cook or something kept waving at me. Not going in there ever, thanks for helping me make up my mind.
The guy in the back, he did it again when I went to take the photo. Never going in.
The staff was great. Even while super busy, they still offered a smile, and service was prompt. My only issue is the sauce that goes over the chicken doesn't cover it. It's always just on one side like they barely put sauce in the bowl and gave it only one toss. Otherwise pretty good.
Disappointing Experience

I recently placed an online order at and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.
Order Time: I placed my order at 7:36 PM, with an estimated time of 58-63 minutes.
Actual Wait Time: I ended up waiting until 10:03 PM for my order. That’s significantly longer than the estimated time.
Employee Behavior: Throughout my wait, I noticed that the kitchen staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than in fulfilling orders.
There were 5-6 visible employees in the kitchen, but their focus appeared to be on socializing rather than working efficiently.
Management Issue: It felt like a summer camp atmosphere rather than a professional kitchen.
The kitchen staff needs better supervision or organization. Perhaps management should consider splitting them up to improve efficiency.
Rating: Currently, the restaurant has a 2.8 rating. I encourage management to address these issues promptly to raise it to a 5.0.
Suggestion: The young employees need to prioritize customer orders over socializing. A little more focus and teamwork would go a long way.
Everything I have ordered lately they can't seem to put all of my items in the bag. I order sides of flavor and get none out of 4... where is the quality control?
