To go order 30 minute wait. (Ordered at the register, was not able to order via app)
Checked the order before heading out and surprise surprise, fries were cold and greasy. Wings dry no sauce.
Told the server they added extra sauce and relaxes the fries for freshly made ones.
Wings were disgusting they were not cooked properly they were still raw with blood. Horrible the cooks were just playing around not taking their job seriously. To be honest did not enjoy my food and felt sick to my stomach after seeing those wings raw.
The team had a great dynamic! It was Friday night and they were working hard to deliver all customers orders on time. We were satisfied! Shout out to the Wingstop team from Edinburg Closner!
The chicken tenders tasted like breaded catfish too salty and the container I got my Tenders the bottom had at least a quarter inch puddle of oil. It's like I asked for chicken tenders, not soup
Hi! I had placed an online delivery order through Wingstop and my order was a little messed up but it was not Wingstops fault as it was the drivers fault and their drivers are actually through DoorDash. I called the restaurant to let them know what happened and I spoke with the kind manager, Jimena who took it upon herself to actually fix this issue with no questions asked. This manager deserves to be recognized for her caring attitude that she has towards her customers and she went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed!
They are lost didn’t give me my Oder complete had to go back the “manager on duty” was so rude as actual manager Juan does not work on weekends. Had to go somewhere else , recommend going somewhere else to another Wingstop!!!!
I simply adore this wingstop ! they’re food is always the best ! I love ordering from here as well. shoutout to the cooks and everyone that’s on shift when i order ☺️????????.
