I ordered at 12:35 and the app said my order would be ready at 12:50. I got here at 1 and they said they couldn’t find my order. They then said they lost my ticket so I had to wait for them to make my food fresh. I only get a 30 minute lunch break & I spent it in this lobby….???????? finally got my wings at 1:29…

Tonight was the last time we will be ordering from the Merle Hay location. Of course again we are missing the cheese sauce. We ordered the two fries to be “lightly seasoned”, and of course every fry is coated. It was horrible. Then, our carrots/celery were laid on top of one of the fries so the top half was all soggy. I wasn’t even going to ask for a refund, but I did want to talk to the manager. Just to suggest that someone needs to be paying attention to some detail on the orders. I was told he was not around at the moment. I was told the same thing last time. This has happened before, more than once. We were trying to give this location another chance. There are so many other places in the city that have good wings and consistency. This place is easily replaceable.
Food is made fresh so prepared to wait. The one dislike is, my fingers are still stained orange, which is never happening in any other wing restaurant.
We went on a busy Saturday. The wings could use more sauce but they were big and meaty. Our food was fresh and piping hot.
The older lady ( I believe she said her name was Wala) was exceptional. She greeted everyone as they came in the door. She kept every body updated on the status of your order. She was knowledgeable, friendly and an asset to the company.
Best customer service I've seen in a long time from her. We'd go back just for her.
Christian was a great cashier, he explained the menu and made great recommendations. The wings were great and hot honey was not too spicy, the ranch is amazing. Fry's are only good hot.
Restaurant is dirty, food is never right or ready in time for pickup. 6 people in kitchen most on phone and giving dirty looks to customers.
The shift at night needs more supervision. Complete employee overhaul. Go to BWW down the street.
This was a great experience. The restaurant was easily navigated and convenient. It was clean and the sidewalk was well cared for in the midst of inclement weather. The cashier was in training, but was able to offer great customer satisfaction. The food was cooked to order, was fresh and tasted as expected. Good quality food l.
When they say and order will be ready is never right. Assume 45-1 hour delay. Rude and unhelpful staff. I get you are busy but at least answer the customers and don’t get mad for having to do your job that you get paid for. If you don’t like your job get a new one.
