Worst Wing Stop in the Area.
Their fries were soggy as if they cooked them in the microwave, not to mention they had NO Signature Seasoning on them, just plain soggy fries and the Food was Cold.
We put in the order for to be ready at 1:15 thinking that they would cook/ prepare our order close to the pick up time 1:15pm, but NOPE, The receipt said they Made it at 12:45pm th3 Wings Had some a puddle of Some nasty looking sauce that wasn't the same color was the wings we ordered...
Thier Self service Fountain is Hard to Find.
We ask to speak to thier Supervisor about our issues and they said he's out on break and we would have to wait 30 minutes for him to come back...

as i’m sitting waiting for my food (which took forever by the way) a lady worker was cleaning the front door windows and this gentlemen was trying to leave and politely says excuse me, she starts yelling saying hurry up and giving nasty attitude. she has braids and blonde hair i think if you do not like your job you don’t have to take it out on people who are simply trying to grab a bite to eat. she needs to be checked. missing ranch for my order
Ordered through DoorDash didn’t get my full order called to have them fix it since it was a mistake on there end they said they couldn’t have someone dropped it off or contact DoorDash to bring it to us that we could go pick it up or contact DoorDash contacted DoorDash they said they don’t do that. Disappointed & upset.
Beef Brikest Pho tasted pretty bad. Beef tasted like it's has been frozen for 2 weeks and then cooked, broth didn't taste good at all. Noodles were ok at best.
the employees are so nice, i ordered and as i was leaving my car wouldn’t turn on and the workers helped me start it with jumper cables, and on top of that they told me what was wrong with my car.
Today was my first time at wingstop the service is 100% the workers 5 stars Kim was big help I will be back soon for good food and service
The worst WingStop ever. Online orders take at least 40 minutes not the 16-21 minutes they tell you on the app. They always forget to put part of the order in the bag. Ordered extra seasoning on corn, but they didn’t put any. Chicken is dry, overcooked small tenders. Ordered for 10:30AM pickup and get there the ticket is on the shelf but it hasn’t even been started yet. Employees are always on their phones/standing around talking about personal stuff instead of doing their jobs. Refund takes 7-10 business days if you have to cancel the order because they didn’t have it ready on time.
Thee driest sandwich on the planet‼️I was shook when I got home, on top of the OUTRAGEOUS PRICES this is what I got. I’m glad I know how to make this from scratch!
