Unprofessional, unethical and very disorganized with their orders I payed for my father in law since cash isn’t taken anymore I came in to pay with card but he stayed till order was ready when order is ready they asked him for the receipt which I took home by accident but send it to him through message and they couldn’t find the order and was told it was not input it and then questioned me asking if this poplar location was where I put my order in , I felt very disappointed and mad at the same time for them not finding the order and as the receipt shows (Wingstop at poplar ) then various employees were trying to help and look around .. good thing their was 1 employee who did saw me and father in law hear when placing order and recognize us their . Unfortunately would not recommend to purchase hear if you have better options. Also the workers don’t seem to know what they are doing , one of them was tossing the wings while cooking in oil
Please check your actual order before driving home I had asked for cheese and veggies was not given I was home then
I placed an online order that stated it would be ready within 15-20 mins. When I got the I waited an additional 40 mins. I ordered 20 boneless wings in different 4 sauces. One flavor was fine but the other 3 had my wings tasted like they were coated in oil. No flavor at all, disgusting. I'm not sure if they have to stir the wet season mixes but they should try harder.
This is the second bad experience I've had with this location. On this last order I was missing 10 piece wing and a fry. They food that arrive was cold and thrown together. The honey hot rub tenders were very oily. The manager offered a 10 piece combo as she was not able to process a refund.
I would not advise no one to come to this location it is low vibrational and ratchet the workers was standing outside smoking weed they don't wear gloves when cooking your food this place is so nasty please don't come here
Good always good. Customer service. But the worker stepped to the side sneezed. Cleaned her nose and kept working. Touching the utensils, people containers etc ain’t cool.
This location is always on point, the employees are quite nice, and the food is always good (even w/ delivery).
I’ve been to this location a few times after 3pm and the service is very slow . It takes well over an hour to receive the food and each time it’s been overcooked, overly seasoned and just thrown together. T
Don't do it! They are not qualified to operate a restaurant. The employees were nice but that's about it. 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich during lunch hour on Wednesday. Unfortunately, this was my first Wingstop experience and it wont be forgotten easily.
