My girlfriend ordered a 5 Pc Cajun Corn at 8:44 pm and I am still currently waiting for the order and it is already 10:04 pm. I would understand if it was a whole meal, but for a 5 Pc Cajun Corn, I'm disappointed and I feel embarrassed. Everyone who ordered in person already left
Edit: It is 10:10 pm and I barely got the 5 Pc Cajun Corn. It is empty, now
This place sometimes is busy, the day I was there the person in the counter was in the phone taken an order, I wait until he was done, order Buffalo chicken wings, and lemonade, the line behind me started collecting then move away, suddenly a group of young guys arrived, and order, like skipping all the people before them. 5 minutes after all of them have their meals and I went to ask the guy. What happened with my order I had been there more than 15 min and no meal. And he said yours is after this, I told him that it was not fear he takes an order right there of 6 guys and dispatched them before all other of us waiting… he just look at me like he didn’t do nothing wrong. I’m not happy with this customer service, never go back there. That is the reason I give 2 stars because at the end my meal I take it to go. Be careful what location you go.
They become super slow, you can easily take 20 minutes just to get your 6pc combo and sometimes there is no one at the front to take your order and have to wait 10 minutes just to place your order
I called the restaurant back after i arrived home from picking up my food and i opened my bag and they did not give me the correct wings that i asked for. The lady i spoke to said she wanted me to go back and take the food because they did not believe me. I told her i wasnt able to go back because of the far drive and the bad weather outside. unfortunately i had to stay with the wings i didnt ask for. Never going to this wingstop again. Not very good service here. When i go to other restaurants and they give me a wrong order they are always happy to replace it for another day. This wingstop did not replace my wings when it was their mistake.
Food is always great, the only problem is the service and service time, they are always behind in during orders, not like 10 or 20 mins. Behind like 40 almost a hour off somethings from there promise times.
Wingstop #287 is the worst 2 hrs it took to get my food because they lost the ticket for my order when Cashier Judith said they were working on my order when I got there then she still had the audacity to laugh because I had to wait 2 hrs. This is why I don't go to wingstop anymore food is always cold staff does not care oh and to top it off they got my order wrong. Never again will I order wingstop worst place to go. When manager apologized she didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. They need to either write up or get rid of Cashier Judith because if she can laugh at customers then apparently she doesn’t need her job. Fyi I wasn't the only one complaining there were several other people there having similar issues I do hope they do reviews and file complaints with corporate just like I did.
I had ordered an 8 piece combo and found this a wing with feathers. :\ I’m never one to complain about anything but this was absolutely disgusting. I called and told them about my issue but it felt as if they just wanted me to leave them alone. They did not even fully refund me. I was given only 4 free wings the next time I go there. I’m not going back and I love wingstop. Very unsatisfied.
Wings are fresh ,Hot and Made as soon as you order.
Staff is Friendly Place is Clean and very fast they are Covid Aware as well.
Always good always fresh always delicious ????
