last time i came here, i got a 10 piece and upgraded my fries to large and they weren’t large, i didn’t think anything of it because people make mistakes... today the same thing happened and on top of that, my 10 piece was all drums. i never said i wanted that?!
Food taste good but sheeeesh you guys are stingy with the wings. Ordered an 8 piece lemon pepper/mango habanero. This is down right ridiculous. These pieces are the size of quarters. Its all crust basically. Im not mad, just disappointed. How could one possibly think this is meal worthy when they served it.
Disgusting, disgusting. I had food poisoning so bad that I almost ended up at the hospital. Do not buy from here. Everything is cooked in the same oil. Seems like the oil never changes. Be careful eating this food. I'm not a picky person with food at all. I never had any issues with food. I never had food poisoning in my life and this was the worst experience I could have ever had. Never again trying Wingstop.
First time ordering bone in, we ordered the 40 piece. Wings were hard to chew they were sitting. No flavor other than the little sauce they put on them. Seems like the wings are cooked with no seasoning and the rely on the sauces to add flavor. Furthermore I get home and my veggie sticks were missing. Waste of. Almost $70.
ordered doordash from this place and they didnt put my daughters food in the bag, i called to complain and they said we have to go pick it up yet i paid xtra to get it delivered , then i ask to remake the whole order for the whole family to eat together our warm food and they said hell no all they can do is get whats missing ....bad customer service
Would not recommend this spot. Over cooked chicken, cold and unseasoned fries. I’ve ordered extra seasoned an didn’t get what I ordered. They don’t mix the sauce they only dizzle hot sauce on the chicken leaving it dripping out the box. One of the worst I’ve ever been to.
Got my usual wings and they came out horrible they barely had any sauce and were the size of popcorn chicken and they were super dry. Not happy especially with how expensive food is
We usually order at this location when visiting from out of state and generally it’s okay. It’s not as great as other Wingstop’s we’ve been to around the country but it’s been the best in this area of California. Except for today. We ordered 12 mild buffalo wings with 3 lemon pepper dry rub, large side of fries with 2 drinks. The only thing that was correct about our order was the drinks and those were filled by my husband. They gave us 13 buffalo and 2 lemon pepper and even then, they placed the lemon pepper under the buffalo and they were swimming in buffalo sauce. Out of the 100s of times that we’ve ordered wings from Wing Stop, they’ve always wrapped the dry rub separately from the buffalo wings. The large fry hardly had any fries in it and they were very lightly seasoned if you can even call them seasoned at all. They are plain cold fries. And not that it’s a huge deal but definitely frustrating, they gave us all flats and no drumsticks. The drumsticks are my favorite. When my husband called, they wanted us to drive 30 minutes back to the store to show them proof. The manager had a ton of attitude and refused to do anything. This is not and never has been Wingstops policy. Stephanie needs some training on customer service and is definitely not ready for a management role. I am going to go and review all the great Wingstops we’ve been to before because they have gone above and beyond anytime an order was wrong but generally our regular Wingstops are great to begin with. This one is definitely lacking and not up to par.
