You won’t even get a Napkin at this location. Nor will you be offered one, nor Plastic ware. I was going to eat these in my Car on my meal break, but I was wearing a short sleeve shirt, and couldn’t use it as a Napkin.
And it’s your responsibility to KNOW that Sauces don’t come with non-Combo orders!!!
Almost like you’re being punished for non opting in for the unwanted Fries and beverage.
My Lemon Pepper Wing flats were perfect, the drums were dry. Odd.

Will have to rethink my wing choice. Always loved WS until today, Saturday 10/12/24. Ordered the 20 Boneless Wing Deal, with tax $18.13. Sadly the wings had too much batter when fried which means a very, very hard rock like crust edge that will break your teeth. I think I have a dentist appointment in my future. $18.13 isn’t cheap when HEB has wings for $6.99 for 20 and just need heating. I’m sure No One at WS will read this post and learn from a customer’s feedback.
I love Wingstop, but this place has horrible staffing issue. Take significant amt of time, 3 out of 5 times I've been here and ordered online they forgot to start my order so when I get there have to wait an additional 30 min. Other 2 times order completely wrong. Kid at front Caleb stands around pretending to smoke receipt paper with his buddies. Run by a bunch of kids.
The primary issue was with the chicken wings, all 20 of them. They were undercooked, which was evident from the white, rubbery skin, a clear sign they hadn’t been cooked thoroughly. This not only impacted the taste but also raised concerns about food safety. Additionally, the sweet tea I ordered was not sweet at all. To compound these issues, the staff’s demeanor was far from welcoming. Their rude attitude made the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, it was a letdown in terms of both food quality and customer service. I haven’t ordered Wingstop in a long time because the quality and service just keeps getting worse and worse. It’s a shame you can spend almost $60 and still not get what you ordered.
Had an awesome experience at this Wingstop! Liv went above and beyond to help me with my order and made sure everything was just right. The food was incredibly fresh and tasted amazing, and the store was clean and well-kept. You can tell they take pride in their service here. Highly recommend this location – thanks, Liv, for making my visit so enjoyable!
I have been coming to this wing stop for years. This last time I was very disappointed on their food. I ordered a 20 pieces of bone in wings. When I got home I discovered that have of my order was bone in and the other half was boneless. The wings that I got were so small and looked burnt.
The bone in wings barely had enough to take a bite out of it. It was very disappointing to receive my order. I have never had such bad wings from wing stop in all my years of buying their chicken.
I get that food takes time to cook but consistently every time we order when you go pick up your order there are 3-5 people who work there on their phones joking with each other and no one seems to be actually working. Your order will say it’ll be ready in 20-30 minutes but it’s 50 minutes to an hour to be done. I get that they hire teenagers and they’re nice enough kids but can they get an actual adult to be in charge. It’s frustrating having to wait double the amount of time you were told your food would be ready by.
It was super busy when we were here. The staff were extremely friendly. They got everything out in a great time frame and as I observed them, they maintained the same friendly attitude the whole hour I was dining in.
