Ordered Togo last minute so had to wait indoor for my order. All the tables had food and trash on them, lots of workers but not sure they are working, driest chicken wing I have ever had including gas stations (that sit under heat lamps all day), soagiest fries ever. This was my first time ever trying wingstop and I will probably never try it again…these have to be the worst wings and fries ever. I put a picture to see how dry the wings are (shrunk way up on the bone). Spend over $20 on one person would expect better quality.

Why would you start cleaning in the middle of a small rush ? Makes worse didn’t see anyone wash their hands after putting everything together and touching all the chemicals. An HOUR WAIT for something u do at the end what if u spill or drop something they just leave it for tomorrow ????????????♀️ my last time ordering Wingstop seriously this is terrible !!!! OWNER NEEDS TO STEP IN …..
Ps HAVING MUSIC BLASTING IS CRAZY WHEN WINGSTOP START BLASTING CHOPPED AND SCREW MUSIC ?? ????
Not the best service . I went in and ordered 8 boneless meal . After, 30 minutes I asked them to cancel my order and they told me I would’ve had to wait 10 more minutes for 8 boneless and fries ????????♀️. I would’ve understood if I had ordered more but, wow.
I ordered online, my order took a little bit longer to be ready but most likely is because I ordered my 30 wings extra crispy. When I got home, all the wings were indeed extra crispy, with the flavors I asked for, nothing was missing. Kudos to all the staff that were working hard and with a good attitude despite the challenge of just seving orders to go. Thanks to the manager George Marquez and his crew, keep it up!!!!
placed an online order and didn’t receive the full order (5 bone in wings) we live too far to drive back. very disappointed
Well where do I start service was good but they only gave me half of my other I paid for, fries were over cooked they need to come down when it's closing time will never go back cuz that place sucks even if i lost money later wing stop
