We were waiting for 40 minutes, for what we were hoping to be a fresh 30 dollar meal only for it to be done for 20 minutes, my food was barley warm and had soggy fries wile oralia and all of her Co worker friend just hudel together talking instead of working and we were waiting inside at the nearest table to the counter so I dont know how they could of forgotten us. why even even ask for my name if you are not even going to call it when its done they were to busy talking and laughing instead of working wasted almost an hour of my time and wasted 30 bucks
Service was horrible. Ordered online and showed up 10 minutes past the quoted time (16-25 minutes). I gave them 35 minutes. When I got there they hadn’t started my order and said it takes 40-50 minutes? When I question the wait time the young guy working just laughed about it. Nobody seemed to be working very urgently and nobody in the restaurant had received their food but about 11 people were waiting.
District manager Raquel Crvenkovski likes to make the store look clean for when corporate is coming.But other than that, it's a dirty and bug filled. She tells us to cook the chicken in big batches and heat it up for the next few hours.As people come in so your wings are never fresh but hot also the fries never get refrigerated when they're supposed to be and no one dates anything I've personally seen them use expired butter milk in the ranch!
They are good they can start answering the phone more but they are genuinely are good. I love them personally. I love them so yeah five stars.
Was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I called from my son‘s number and they immediately answered and took my order. I was advised it was a 51 minute wait picked my order up. I am bringing it home and the fries had to have been out for more than two hours as they were super stale.
The service is horrible. They huddled in the kitchen for 10 minutes while people were stacking up in the lobby, airing to be helped. My order say there for a while and when I said that was mine and gave my full name he said to wait and it wasn’t until another kid came out that I actually got my order. Slowest, worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to.
Absolutely the best wing stop ever! Crispy, hot, and beautifully presented! Big shout out to the cook she really cares about her customers!
Rudest staff ever. I was about to drop 50 or so dollars at your store but if your cashiers treat me bad I'm going elsewhere. The manager is to busy to address my call to after this incident. I'm not going back
