I love Wingstop! I always have a good experience when I visit this location, the staff is always friendly, but this is the 3rd time I’ve received “fries” like this. They’re tiny, crunchy and has no potato inside. When I order French fries, I expect to get French fries! Other than that I always love their chicken and I do plan to return to this location!
Very disappointing service, food is always very slow to come out even when an online order is placed to have ready in time for lunch. The food is decent at best but when you remember the service theres is not point in wasting your time 15-20 minutes for a single order is pretty ridiculous for “fast food.”
I got the boneless wing meal deal with 20 boneless wings. Several of the lumps they gave me had no chicken at all only hard lumps of batter. It is just already expensive enough and to not get what I paid for is super frustrating.
Found a hair in my food after waiting a hour. Not one single person in the back is wearing a hair net and they all have long hair. I was told I’d have to wait over 20min for my food to be remade because it seems they care more about selling to DoorDash than the walk in customers.
Ordered online for delivery. Paid 25 dollars for a combo meal. Only got fries and a drink. When I called, Wingstop blamed door dash and door dash blamed Wingstop. Never got my sandwich or a refund. Beware.
I love how you can choose different flavors of wing sauce for your order of wings. They have some flavors that are very spicy and some that are not really. My family and I will definitely return!
These guys always go above and beyond for me I work next-door and every time I order anything they make sure it is right they really care about their job and they're extra friendly and the food is amazing.brackett.Quan and Madison are wonderful individuals. Love this crew.
Personally I was kinda worried about trying wingstop in dalton, because of all the bad reviews and stuff. I ended up giving it a try here recently and I’ve gotten food from there 3x and everytime it’s been super good! They’ve always got my order right and the food has been fresh and tasty every time. Definitely a great new restaurant to have in dalton! The voodoo fries are my fav! ????
