Went to this place with family for the first time.
1. The staff helping us with the order was fine.
2. Restaurant could use some room freshener, the floor was slippery though I was wearing an air max
3. Toilet was nice and big but does need some fresheners in the toilet.
4. Dining tables were not cleaned still could see seasoning and crumbs on the table
5. No trash can inside the restaurant
6. We ordered 15 piece boneless wings
(Lemon Pepper & hot honey) and fries.
7. Wings was oily, Lemon Pepper was too salty. Hot Honey did not have any flavor to it and was way too oily..
8. Not worth the wait time 25 mins for this order
9. I am still hopeful that there are flavors that may be good so not cancelling this place from my list..
10. Wingstop has a lot of potential to become the McD of wings if they want to.. Looking forward to my next trip to taste some other flavors.
WHERE IS THE SEASONING? I had to wait 15 min over the time they were supposed to be done and when I get home, no freacking seasoning. WTH? The restaurant was not even busy!!!! ???????????? ALWAYS check your orders from this location. I only got a "sorry" for the extra time and got flavorless wings. Ugh
Placed a order for pick up for 5 pm on a Sunday. My order was ready by the time I arrived which was great, but soda machine had no ice so we had to get warm sodas.
Once we got home the bottom of our bag was soaking wet, almost ripped through. Opened it up to find a crazy amount of carrots and celery….. who needs this much 25 wings???? Food was cold from sitting on the mountain pile of cold carrots and celery. Won’t be back to this location
Normally have a fantastic experience through this location but ordered via Doorsash and got my Hawaiian flavor wings and there was little to no sauce on them. The rest of the order was great and timely. But this is a disappointment because I get the wings for the sauce.
Arrived at the location when the order was suppose to be complete. Spoke to two different register workers within the first 15 minutes of arrival. Was then told my ticket wasn’t there, I showed them the receipt, they then proceeded to walk away and avoid me for 10 minutes.
At this point this is frustrating. 25 minutes behind and I am under the impression they don’t have a ticket even up there.
I asked again and they brought a manager over. She looked at her computer for 5 minutes then I asked, can you just make the food it’s a sandwich and a 4pc tender and two orders of fries. She came back 5 minutes later and said they’d cook it soon. I stood around for another 15 minutes. Got asked my name again and told them for the fourth time. It had been sitting on the rack.
The fries were terrible and cold. Not crispy as requested on the regular fries. Chicken tenders were cold. Chicken sandwich was alright but nothing great.
Was my first experience as a wing stop customer, I will not be returning. I don’t expect my food to be perfectly on time, but I think 15 minutes over is fair. Not an hour. And then the food is worse than BK. Disappointing.
We didn’t look at the food we were given until we got home from running errands. They for some reason got our order wrong and we didn’t realize until we got home that our order was wrong 2 hours later pretty big disappointment. They gave us regular wings when the order was boneless and our fries were not in another bag or small box like the chicken they were in a cardboard boat in the top of the bag uncovered. An honorable mention for the cigarette butts on a table along with the trash all over several tables at the restaurant it was pretty gross inside the store front I personally wouldn’t ever eat at this location again. simply do not spend money at this dump it’s disgusting.
They just don’t care very much about this location. 15-20 minute ticket time at lunch. The place was not crowded with no more than 8 people in the dining room. It’s fries and chicken wings. How long can it possibly take? The staff is friendly. The place is not very clean or organized with the dining room being used for storage. The men’s restroom is still closed for maintenance which it was the last time I was there more than a month ago. The food is great though. The bone-in chicken wings are awesome. Cooked perfectly, good chicken, and served hot. I do not think anyone makes a better hot, Buffalo sauce. Bold flavor but not too spicy where your eyes are burning and your lips are numb. The cheese fries were good as well and the prices are reasonable. I would love to give this place a higher rating because I have been going to Wing Stop for more than a decade for wings but I cannot fathom how it is acceptable to have such unnecessarily long ticket times at lunch and not to keep your restaurant clean and organized.

First impression..
Cramped, tables not cleaned, one soda machine which causes a line, prices on par with BWW, unless the food is amazing, this is not going to be a good review...
I addition to the price, the wait time also seems to be on par with BWW...

There are only 4 table here occupied..
We ordered some 6 and 8 piece meals..

Hawaiian... good flavor
Hickory smoked.. good flavor
The wings were not good..
Needed a bit longer under the heat, the skin was very chewy
The friew were OK, half were right amount of crisp and chew but the other half was burnt.
The majority were not fries but bits/ends, small pieces .
Chicken tenders.. over breaded, very dry, no flavor
Chicken sandwich ... decent, 3/5 on par with McDonald's, not as good as KFC or Popeyes..
Verdict..
No, if you do not know how wings should be done, then hey, maybe you'll like it..
I would literally go anywhere else..
Not clean, no towels or mirror in bathroom to clean up your hands and face, the wait time is horrendous.
Overall, 2/5.....
