They take forever to make the wings, fries are cold, re-heated, and still served the wrong order. They really need to upgrade this location or close it. Oh , and still have an attitude ????, do better wing stop.
Worst wing stop I've ever been to. Terrible service, dirty parking lot is trash. And despite asking for crispy we'll done, got a Styrofoam box of soggy sweaty condensating undercooked sloppy excuse for wings and terrible customer service. Drive further and avoid this dump like the plague.
Place is so overpacked. What’s the point on scheduling a pickup for a certain time if ur waiting an additional 15-20 mins cause ur food wasn’t ready.
It took 45 minutes to get my order. It was the least busiest time of the day.
This location is clean and they have a good customer service.i eat lunch every day in this location and my food is always fresh and on time
There have been 2 separate times I have placed a big order, got home and no ranch. Maybe a month ago, another big order, this time they forgot my 10 piece wings. When we went to the store to tell them, they argued with us and we had to get on FaceTime with my kids, to show the food we had gotten. Today, we tried this store again. Again, they forgot my 10 piece wings. On the way back to the store now, bc once again nobody answers the phone. So not only am I missing food, now I have to drive back to the store bc the phone service is set to "claim we are on the phone with someone else and then hang up ." I will not be going here again.
This location is really hit or miss. It’s better on busy days like game days but horrible on regular days.
3rd time ordering here since its like 3 mins from my house. Chicken is always overcooked or under seasoned. Corn has no seasoning at all. Forgot my ranch smh. This location is just not good, it’s always something. Delivery would not give me any other location options. Driving to a different one from now on.
