Just stright trash. What a waste of money. Barley any sauce and the fries were pretty bad too. I paid around $16 for this. You have to do better.
The service is awful, there's always an issue when ordering here, and the staff appear inconvenienced to solve the problem. The food is exceptional but sometimes the serve the food cold.
I waited on the phone for 20 minutes and no answer after being put on hold. The website wasn’t working right and I couldn’t go and order in person and wait an hour like before when I ordered in person. This location always has problems.
Idk if they’re not waiting for the oil to reach the right temperature but the skin is always rubbery, the fries always look like they’re cooked in the same oil all day! When you ask for well done on the wings the skin is never crispy! It’s frustrating when you keep trying to give them chances and they can’t seem to get it right. I hate to say the quality of food here is a 3 of out 10

I have ordered from this wingstop many times, and I have yet to get anything but the best wings I have ever had.
This most recent time, I ordered through the wingstop app to have it delivered and I forgot to check the box to make all my wings flats. I realized right after I placed the order and I instantly called the wingstop to see if they could charge me extra so that I could get the order I wanted.
I was answered by the best quick service representative I have ever heard from. She asked for my name and then proceeded to call me sir (I’m 24 so I get called sir about once per year) and then she told me that she would take care of they order and I wouldn’t even have to worry about paying for the additional fee that came with getting all flats — she would just give it to me.
I know a lot of people in the Tucson/oro valley area, and I am going to raise hell if this woman doesn’t get a raise. Again, her name is Nashara, and I will be going to this particular wingstop because of her.

I went to wing stop yesterday, and I a grate experience with my love one and had my order fulfilled by a mad scientist who was a wiz by navigating through the menu, good work buddy. There is also no code on the restroom in case of a emergency. Winkwink ????????????
My boyfriend and I ordered carry out which we never usually have a problem with, however we have a few problems this time. We ordered a 6 piece wing combo well done and extra fry seasoning and a chicken sandwich combo Cajun seasoning and voodoo fries. We arrived at the store before the app even said our order was ready and when we got our food it was cold, none of the fries had seasoning, voodoo fries didn’t have everything on it, the chicken sandwich wasn’t the right flavor, and I only received 5 wings which weren’t well done and seemed as if they weren’t even fried all the way. I wouldn’t complain if it was only 1 or 2 things wrong but it was every single item of our order, we want the food we paid for.
This is probably the worst Wingstop I've ever been to. The fries were okay but they seemed flimsy. The wings had no sauce on them whatsoever and I ordered them with hickory smoked BBQ. The hickory smoked BBQ on the wings was so bare that all I tasted was regular wing and I had to eat it with ranch just for it to be edible. The staff inside the restaurant were very friendly and the entire restaurant was clean. If I do go here again it'll be as an emergency dinner and not as my first choice.
