This particular wingstop is very close to me and my boyfriend’s job and we love going here for lunch! The wait is never longer than 30 minutes during a rush and the restaurant is kept clean, organized and service is always friendly! Compared to other locations in the city, this one is always the best option. The assistant manager Tiffany is great! She is always involved and helpful with assisting her team and customers. You can really tell she keeps the restaurant organized and in great shape. Go Tiffany! ????
I love coming here for lunch. As long as I call my order in it's a very quick option. I love the staff and the food is always good. I am a happy customer ❤️
Service here was on-point and friendly. The dining and kitchen areas were very clean. The wings were excellent! Large wings, good flavor, cooked perfectly.
We literally ordered, sat down, and started eating at Wingstop in less time than we spent waiting for service at other wing places.
This is the most comfortable I’ve felt in a Wingstop. It’s so relaxed and fun here. The staff are great!!! Vladimir was cashiering and was having a good time joking and smiling. He made my day!! Ever since I first came here the atmosphere has been great here. The food is always on point ✨
So I went to this wingstop and received great service and food but I witness what I was told was a district manager Rhonda yell and speaking to a young man very rudely. I honestly wanted to say something to her about it because it caught alot of people's attention. I was there for almost 2 hrs enjoying my food and the peacefulness.The whole time I never saw Rhonda in the front helping at all. The young man and other employees were doing an excellent job and she came from the back yelling loud at the young man and making a huge scene in the restaurant. I also witnessed Rhonda drop several cups on the floor and put them back with the other cups and then handed them to customers for their drinks. I was so shocked to see a district manager do something like this to paying customers. That was super gross and unsanitary. That is a total violation of the osha code for sure. For her to be a district manager she is really conducting herself very very poorly. This is so unexpected for a district manager. I would've given the store more stars because of the other employees. The other employees were amazing but Rhonda really made it a bad experience for me and shouldn't be a district manager if this is how she communicates and conducts herself with her employees and doesn't help them. I'll never go back there if Rhonda is there.
Would have given two stars but the employees are nice and their customer service is fine. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Wing Stop so maybe things have changed or the pandemic changed things, but I found the chicken rough and needing flavor. I tried the 20 piece Original, Mild and BBQ. They also stuffed all the chicken in one box. Back in day, they were each in their own box and the meat of the chicken had flavor. Today the flavor was only on the skin, the meat itself was bland and rough. It’s almost like you have to get dips now to add flavor. I’m sure with any dip the chicken is fine. But again I remember not needing any dips from past visits.
Jesus was amazing. Helped us pick out some flavors made great suggestions. The service was great. Food came out fast and hot perfect fries and wings. Place was super clean too. Honestly 10/10 experience.
Lemon pepper wings had no flavor. Extra crispy is a lost art here. Soggy fries too. Don’t bother.
