Took more than 40 minutes to get my food as a dine in. My friends told me before going that you have to order early and in advance to get your food at a reasonable time, but wow. The staff were nice and attentive, so I'm not sure why the order took that long. And the fries were cool, as someone did not call out our names when the food was completed. Early orders for take out probably is best for this location.
Went back on 12/12@6:05p.m. my major problem is that no person working in food prep was wearing gloves. The crew sounded like they were at a party. The cashier went from. Ringing up people to sweeping the store. Saw no handwashing
I am always impressed when I order from here. The staff is professional, and the store is clean and has a good atmosphere. Food is always better than expected!!!!
So... the usual here... nothing special; rude cashier, trash everywhere, no one paying attention... so anything other than getting mugged I expected.... HOWEVER, the garlic parm sandwich wasn't bad! Everything else was trash as usual (burnt soggy fries [idk how they manage to do that, must be a hidden skill], drink remix machine half empty etc) but it wasn't bad at all!
Love this place!!! Always clean and on point with orders!! They have friendly staff and wonderful manager she does a great job checking on the customers 10/10 recommend!!!
As a third party delivery driver . I’m disappointed in this location. It’s very disorganized. When arriving there : if the meal is ready and I’m only waiting on fries and you have to stand counter for over 20 mins and still when you ask for it the fries aren’t ready . Some drivers have multiple orders and can’t wait 20 mins extra when they have other customers orders waiting in car in 100 degree places !!
I did an online order. I picked my food up in a timely manner. My bag was not taped down and it was cold. My fries was trashed, they forgot my ranch, and I went back inside with my receipt short black guy tells me I have to bring the entire back inside. He takes all my food out just so my food would be even colder. My entire bag was all greasey and it left grease stains my seats. This is the absolute worst experience I ever had at Wing Stop. If this is your best customer service after I spent $70.00, then you have a problem.
Placed a pickup order through the app. It was ready at the estimated time, and the food was hot and delicious
