Wingstop, we gotta do something about that grease! Can you please let the wings sit two seconds to drain off the excess grease!!?? Other than the excess grease, my order was actually correct, extra lemon pepper and all! Oh, and I did a survey from the receipt for a free brownie. The cashier was friendly I think her name was Marilyn or something like that! ????????
As of late this location has been exceeding my expectations. I don’t know if yall changed much but I did notice a new manager, Nathalye. She was really sweet and seems to be running a tight ship. The store was spotless, she had a smile on her face and the food to no time to cook. This location has easily become my pick for the area.
Went to get some wings. I place my order on the app I understand that they are busy but they should have a way to let in know that it’s going to take more time l had to wait an extra 30 minutes to come home to some horrible wings. Lemon pepper it looks like they just empty the container all over them.
They will cancel your online order if they just don't feel like making it and say that you canceled it or it's just not in the system. I guess my order went to McDonald's system. A really dreadful experience and longsuffering with figuring ou thow to get a refund since the website and emails say to handle it at the local store level. Just dreadful.
First-time at this new location. I was hesitant to try when they first opened after reading the 1-star reviews. However, 2-3 mos in I'm glad I waited. A bit of delay upon placing my order due to the staff assigned to the register was on break. Once my order was placed I waited for about 23 minutes (not bad). Everything was perfect except the fries. They were a bit over cooked but the associate was more than happy to shorten the time so they were not as well-done. My wings (lemon pepper & garlic parmasean) were crisp to perfection. The staff have been well trained and the establishment is kept clean.
I'm sorry that I have to come on here and try to resolve this matter. As a regular customer I'm disappointed tonight. I did call the store to seek a resolution to this and nothing. I ordered a 50 piece of wings, and sides. All of them are still slimy and undercooked. We took a chance at trying a couple and were immediately disgusted by them. The lemon pepper were white and barely any lemon pepper on them. Basically all you see is specks of pepper. The hot ones were water down sauce. Pure yuck, this is a health hazard for undercooked chicken. The fries were soggy taken out the fryer to soon. Sad that our satisfaction went out the door with this place. To all the staff I'm not sure who was my favorite expert that put these togeather. But you sir or mam need more training. I can live with out the seasoning it's the raw chicken we were served. Disgusting get it together guys. If you took your food handling class you should of known this is a big no no. Management train your team better. Have blessed night.
Every. Time. We order here. There's a wait......even ordering wayyyyyyy before on the app.....there's ALWAYS A WAIT FOR SOMETHING. IT'S JUST WINGS AND FRIES DUDE. I don't get it.
Worst wing stop ever besides Buffalo Wild Wings....and that's saying a lot. (cuz the NC BWW is terrible)
The manager that works there on the fight of Tyson and the other guy was horrible. She was super rude just very miserable like she hated her job. They definitely need to talk to her about her attitude and trying to make customers happy because she was not. it definitely won’t be returning to this one because how are you gonna work in the food industry and be rude.
