First of all, upper management is where it’s at!!! Karina is super friendly and helped me over the phone with a meal for two, she was super kind and informative with my options and once I arrived I was greeted with even more top notch customer service. Food was packaged perfectly. Hot fresh and she got all my sauces down packed! Thanks again Karina!!!!! Much appreciated it, even for a busy Sunday! (;
I like the flavor of the food. Is tasty, but we like to ask for extra sauce for the wings, and also, we order wing well done. Making this take longer than usual. Besides the time it takes to have the order done. I will suggest ordering ahead through their app and with time to avoid waiting too much. The ranch is really good. And the cajun corn is delicious. If you are not a fan of spicy, then remove cajun and be sure they put parmesan cheese. It's really good. They have a nice soda machine. Those with touch screen and every flavor from coke.
Went in for lunch on a Friday. ordered ahead on the app. Walked in, food was ready. Server promptly handed us our food and drink cups. Place was empty, only one other family in there other than us. The dining area was clean, drinks were good, food was cooked through, hot and the fries were the best I've ever had at a Wing Stop. normally the fries are a bit limp even when i ask for them to be well done. Ordered well done and they came out perfect! Will definitely come again and would recommend this establishment to anyone!
I never really do this because I’ve been on the other end before at working fast food. But I’m kinda grossed out that you can literally see the amount of grease and the fact that the sauce is separating as well. Literally made me nauseous and couldn’t even eat it ;/
The employees made my family and I feel welcome, and they were fast on getting our order out! Our food was fresh and on point???????? A big thank you and appreciation to the management for creating such a professional and friendly team???????? We will be back! :)
