I just had a medical procedure and had a hankering for Wingstop. Because I can't drive due to the anesthesia my elderly mother came to pick up the order I placed using the Wingstop app. She got the order home and realized it was missing almost $15 worth of ordered items. Not only that but the wings were excessively hairy. She brings the order back to the store, and of course you can imagine the wings are now cold and when Wingstop wings get cold they also get hard and unappealing. Keep in mind the food is getting even colder having to wait for them to prepare the missing order items. The lady at the front desk not only had an attitude but then refused to remake the wings because she didn't feel anything was wrong with them. She feels it's okay that customers have to eat cold/Harry wings because employees messed up the order, and are now making an elderly woman wait even more time to get the rest of the missing order. Keep in mind I tried calling in first to speak with someone before having my mother drive all the way back and they would not answer. I called five times and even had corporate transfer me over and they did not answer. They also were unwilling to do a refund. Eventually a young man came out and said he would remake the order. The photos are the final result. Photo one you can see how many feathers are still left in the wing. And photo too is supposed to be a photo of lemon pepper wings. Do you see any pepper or seasoning?Do not waste your time or money here. They will cheat you of your money and do not value their customers. Rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. Please also note our order is still partially wrong. We asked for corn with Parmesan and lemon pepper and they gave us spicy Cajun corn which we cannot eat due to acid reflux.
i know a bunch of people always say "if i could give this zero stars i would" but they don't mean it like i do. tell me why when i get home after picking up my order the first thing i see is less than half way sauced tenders. i tried calling FOUR TIMES, got put on three times and then hung up on once. then my boyfriend tried calling, magically they picked up but then started to put him on hold after the second time. like are you serious? ???? genuinely the worst service ever
Absolutely the worst chicken wings I have ever had. Those were not wings,they are nuggets, really really bad they had no taste to them..... Never again very very disappointed... The staff was great but the food NAHHHH
First time trying out this restaurant…and the last time. Wish I had read the bad reviews first before I came here.Pick up for carry out was fast, the person on register was pretty fast as well…no problem there. The problem is who ever cooked/ prepared these wings is a terrible cook. The wings looked nice covered in a glaze of sauce until you tried to eat the wings… they were over cooked, dry and hard as a rock! Almost broke a tooth trying to eat that food.NEVER AGAIN!! Awful.
I had to wait for 50 minutes at the store to get my Lemon Pepper Chicken Sandwich, and it is worth it. Many people were waiting in line. I was happy with my food. Everything was delicious, fresh, and well cooked. Customer service is great.
Placed an order for pick up. They can’t find the order so they tried to give me someone else’s order. If the staff spent more time on the job at hand and not playing, then things would probably be on time and correct. Spending that much money to eat at wing stop for that experience will never happen again. Let hope the food is cooked correctly!
Not only did they not deliver my order, they still charged my credit card.There was a time that I would recommend this wingstop, however, with my last three experiences I would say do not go here if you want to actually eat. The store doesn't care and nor does its employees and it shows in the service and the food. Just don't. I actually wish I could say different things.
I haven’t always had the best experience here but anytime Leann helps me she’s amazing 5/5 stars for her. Her customer service is always on point & she is super sweet. Someone giver her a raise lol! Thanks Leann for being a reason I come back!
