Keep your money folks. Very disappointed in the overall atmosphere, attitude and lack of care from the employees. No one came to take my name or check for my food a good 5 mins. Then when they did, they told me it would be another 10 mins (after coming in 30 mins from when I submitted the order since they are usually behind I decided to try and save myself the wait) Food was drowning in oil and there was absolutely no seasoning when it was clearly labeled for it. One type of wing was piping hot and the others cold like they had been sitting for a while. The soda machine was out of syrup and when telling them they looked at me like it wasn’t their problem. Very disappointing
The young man working at around 2:11 when I picked up my order showed the utmost customer service and made me feel welcomed. The food was very delicious, and well prepared. Please thank him.
Well I usually am not one of those people who goes around reviewing places and whatnot and usually this place is good. But I ordered delivery today for lunch and the order was wrong. And the sauces were only partially right, but the wings were the wrong ones, I asked for 10 boneless and 10 classic and I got all classic the 10 boneless did not arrive instead they were classic.
I am also pretty sure you have a lemon pepper sauce which is what I was expecting but I got a lemon pepper rub instead, and the fries were not the seasoned ones I asked for they were regular.
My husband prefers boneless and when he got classic I'm not gonna say he was exactly pissed but he was dissapointed.
they're burnt like the location they were dry and tough, a week ago I wrote a review and was contacted by the Smithsonian museum from what they thought were ancient artifacts, i relayed they're just "wings" from Wingstop so please

I've been there before and they always make you wait additional time too, this time bc their phone system was done i wasn't able to ask for extra sauce. I asked when picking up but the cashier couldn't be bothered to check and add sauce before I left, it was a bother when i asked for the store manager info and found out that was him, he then tried to say he didn't check the order and for next time would i stopped him and have reached out to corporate and they have yet to reach out
I would like to start off by saying that until I get my refund from November 13th 2024 I am not spending a dollar here. At least 10 times I've made myself order from other restaurants so assume you've already lost out on 500 bucks for a 50 dollars that doesnt even belong to you.
My bank has a current chargeback investigation on this wingstop and I've already been promised a refund from the general manager here.
Ive been waiting for a refund from this store for $51.78 for an order that I canceled on the phone with their employees. So this should've never even been an issue.
I talked to the general manager who told me he would resolve this but still has not. It's been over 5 business days.
I have proof from the driver themselves, the store sent me a confirmation that it was cancelled, also from doordash themselves. I'm not sure why you're handing me such a free lawsuit. Over $51.87. Please give me my money back soon or I will escalate this.
I walked in and ordered my food , 30 mins later I had asked if it was ready and they told me 15-30 more minutes.Never in my life had I waited more than 15-20 mins for my order and when I asked for a refund they said it would take 3-5 business days and if I was just ok with waiting a bit longer . By that point I was fed up and wanted to leave and just wanted to get a refund and leave .
Literally screw this place. They lie about the wait time and don’t cook the food in order. we’ve been here 40 Minutes. No way. Don’t waste your time with this place. There’s always going into the Food 4 Less and buying wings and making them yourself for quicker. Finally got the food and the fries are terrible and look incredibly old. Wings were mediocre:/ we got

Shout out to The Night Manager Eric!! Your vista location is very lucky to have such Eric on board as the manager! From the minute we engaged in conversation he was super personable, had vast knowledge of the menu giving great recommendations, his customer service went above and beyond my expectations, . He explained what he liked from the menu, was patient, and overall made the experience eating here for the first time AMAZING . Even though it was pretty busy he took ample time to going over the menu and answering our queries. Because of this we definitely enjoyed what we were recommended. His attentiveness made the atmosphere overall feel welcoming and I was amazed how his attention to detail and his superb customer service skills made us feel as if we'd been long time customers! Thanks Eric you made us return customers for sure!! He surely deserves some kind of employee recognition within the company, a raise... some kind of promotion - Something that equals the worth this manager brings to this Wingstop location!!!! Thanks Eric again!!
