I ordered the 6-piece Hawaiian flavored wings. The employee recommended the special of 8 pieces for a better price. I really appreciated that. The wings were good and I substituted the fresh Veggie Sticks over fries.
The front door sign is completely covered by a tall tree. They really need to get the tree trimmed.
Order 2 different types of sauces on 2 different orders. When I picked it up they put all chicken in one container so the habenero sauce was all over the garlic parm flavored chicken. Manager said that is the way they always do for take out orders. Other locations do not do this. It was such a waste of food and money. Won't go to that lazy store.
I placed my order online at 6:07 pm I waited an hr to get my food it arrived at 7:10. Once I did receive my food it was burnt and tasted burnt. The chicken sandwiches were black and so was the corn. The wings barley had any sauce on them they looked like I ordered plain and they remembered to add the sauce after the wings was in the container. Only the top wings had sauce the bottom wings did not. I called to have my order remade and the girl that answered the phone stated it will take another 20 min to have the food remade. This was already an inconvenience due to the fact I already waited an hr to get food now I have to wait another 20 min on top of find a way to get to my food. I had food delivered for a reason . Once I do get to the location the new food was the same way BURNT…I have the pictures to prove how the food looked. I spoke with Raul (no name tag) that’s what he said his name was. He stated he was the mgr and would process my refund later because he was too busy well it’s the next day I still don’t have my refund nor did I get any food.
Ordered 8 wings, they will totally cheat you if you order the boneless. Those little tiny pieces are mostly all breading and no meat. I basically only got 2 wings. I love the bone in and everything was well sauced. I'm mad about my boneless though.
NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS WINGSTOP!! I ordered two 15 piece wings only a third of the order was in the bag. The boneless wings were just crust they threw sauce on. I stayed on hold for over 10minutes the manger refused to come to the phone. In addition to being less than what I ordered it was so sloppy and poorly put together. I'm done with this wingstop. 2881 Matlock.
I ignored the bad reviews, assuming that people were just catching them on an off day. I guess every day must be an off day. A friend of mine wanted fries, so I ordered the seasoned fries via mobile order. As another reviewer said, there was no seasoning on the fries. The employees were disinterested and almost annoyed whenever a customer walked in. Learned my lesson and won't be coming back! (2 stars because the fries at least weren't burnt).
Got home with my order only to discover I was not given any of the wings. Sat the kids down with what I had and went back to get the remainder of the order. They would not give it to me without me bringing the food I had been given back up there, I guess as proof I didn't get the food. Seriously? You want me to make ANOTHER trip home and back and literally take the food away from the kids because of your mistake. I won't go back EVER!
Update: They called the cops on me for causing a disturbance. Unbelievable! They cheat me out of my order and I'm treated like the bad guy. Told me I was not welcome at their establishment ever again. Like I would go back after being treated like a criminal.
I have been a dasher for almost 3 years. I’ve dashed all over DFW, Wichita Falls, and Lawton Oklahoma. this is by far the best wing stop I’ve ever picked up an order from. the staff always seems very nice and they actually get the food made. in WF its normal to have to wait 20-40 minutes for the order PAST the pick up time.
