I man so far the food was on point despite just looking at the reviews I do agree that they need to get the ice machine fixed but the server that I had was pretty nice
This wingstop is literally the worst wing stop I’ve ever been to. Not that any of them are great to begin with. But this one takes the cake. They have 2 employees at any given time who are expected to cook and take orders at the same time. There’s always a huge crowd because they can’t serve fast enough. The restaurant area is always dirty and disgusting. There’s no staff to clean up behind messy patrons apparently. I placed an order at 4:43pm. It’s not 5:13pm and I have yet to be served. Needless to say I will not be coming back. Had high hopes for the neighborhood wing stop but it’s just a disaster.
0 stars if I can! This is the second chance we give this franchise. Look at how they package the wings!! 4 different wings in one small box layered one over another. Disgusting.
Serive was terrible, fries fried hard, no ice in machine therefore drinks was warm. Asked for manager was told there is none. Paid $30.90 for two 6 piece combo and I was beyond disappointed with service and food. If I could give them is 0 rating I definitely would. I would not recommend anyone to go there!!!!
I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I ordered my food… trust me when i say this is the worst food you will ever taste! And the ppl they have working there, bunch of teens that does not care if they were to get fired or not… i do not even trust if the food and the dipping sauce is safe. I got my food, the seal safe sticker was not even put on correctly, bag was wide opened, whether the workers made a mistake or someone contaminated my fries, there was sugar in them! Besides the sugar in the fries they were also cold. I don’t dare to try the chicken after i had the fries. If i could give this rating a 0 star, i definitely would.
Not a good food experience at all. The fries were very stail, burnt and looked old and reheated. I gave serive 4 stars because I asked to get new fries and the nice gentlement supposedly gave me fresh new fries. These fries looked new and fresh but they were still stail af!!! Idk whats up with wing stops fries here but these fries werent it. The atmoshpere was dull and dusty. Honestly I will not be eating wing stop at all again. The wings were not a big hit for me to become a recurring custmer especially with the atmosphere or their stail af fries. The customer service was at least ok.
Absolutely awful ????big feathers on the chicken. The customer service was awful, when I walked in the store the 2 employees stared at me then when they took my order and made it they took it out and didn’t even call my number, I had to get up and ask about it. I anticipated getting wingstop for so long and I am truly disappointed. I wasted my time and money. The workers can’t tell me they didn’t see that feather. Also the Vodoo fries was not it. Tasted like unseasoned potato wedges.
I actually don't understand the bad reviews from this place. The fries were so seasoned and crunchy, the boneless wings were good.
