Ordered online today just to try for the first time, most definitely will be my last time. When I picked my order up the fries was extremely cold, soggy, and over cooked. I took them back hoping for a fresh batch still with a smile on my face, got that batch, same thing but was hot. Told the lady I wanted fries that was not burnt she said oh lord here we go. lol so another lady walked up and I asked her why was the fries burnt she stated that’s how they were coming out. So she went to get another batch brought them back and said I just didn’t cook these all the way. Looked at them, they’re burnt as well. While I was standing there waiting the cook was taking chicken out the bag with his bare hands and dropping it in the grease. Now I’m having second thoughts about the chicken wings I have. Didn’t want to cause a scene so I took the third batch of burnt fries and left. Throwing everything away outside the door. The customer service I received was horrible. I will never return!
Shreveport barksdale location offered a good deal was packed but food tasted poorly I got a old oily potatoes crumbs Not one regular French fry like oil hadn’t been changed in months chicken was cold from waiting on fries couldn’t eat it went to McDonalds on the way home I got 3 wings the rest was crumb sticks will never return love wings Not there’s
They do not accept cash, didn't inform me over the phone otherwise for my pickup order. Had to make a 30 minute round trip just to get card from the house to pay. EXTREMELY rude, hung up on me the first time I called, for no reason, and my order was incorrect, as well as missing sauces and 2/10 of my wings.
Still had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my order on RE-arrival.
You couldn't pay me to use this location again. If zero stars was an option, that'd be my review
I was kind of disappointed with this visit. I was not acknowledged when I came in and, once I finally got my order placed, it took about 45 minutes to get it. I ordered the 8 pc wing (4 Hot Lemon & 4 Lemon Garlic) with fries and a drink. The wings did not impress, but the fries were good. The store was clean and it had a very casual atmosphere. This was my first time here, but I doubt I’ll come back.
This has to be the worst “fast food”restaurant in Shreveport. Every time I’ve ordered from this place it’s taken an additional 30 minutes to receive my lukewarm food. One time after waiting the predetermined 30 minutes I had to wait an additional hour. The last time I decided to have it delivered it took 2+ hours. The driver said it’s because the Wingstop workers decided to have a brawl in the kitchen. I won’t even mention that half of my order was missing. The only thing that’s keeping this place in business is the cheap prices and lack of options. Save yourself the headache and cook the wings at home. The dry wings and soggy fries aren’t worth the increased risk of being robbed or solicited.
Walked in placed an order. The cashier stated it would be a 45 minute. I said that’s fine is it okay if I leave and comeback. She said yes. I came back 45 minutes later. The same cashier couldn’t find my order and said that she had already given it to me. I said no ma’am you told me it would be a 45 minute. And she ask me again are you sure I didn’t give because I thought I did. I love being called a theft in front of everyone . I asked for a refund just to find out it will be 3 to 5 days before I get my money back. Shamichael was the manager on duty
This is our 1st time here and we enjoyed it. As soon as we walked in we was greeting by the staff. Ashley checked us out and was really kind and patient w us while we ordered. She suggested a substitution since I didn't want the celery and carrots. Food was hot and fresh and the environment was clean and well stocked. We will be returning to this location. Thank you all
I placed a online at 10:12 am for my food to be ready at 12:30 got to the and had to wait 30 more minutes for my food the cooks in the kitchen just playing around in the kitchen while I was waiting a extra 30 minutes a young lady walk into the restaurant and one of the cooks walk outside and start talking to her for about 20 minutes. Why place online orders for your to be ready at a certain time and you still have to wait 30 more minutes
