Accidentally bought the online order for boneless wings, super dry. Will get order right next time to try the regular wings
Every time I order from this location there’s always something wrong. I ordered once and they gave my food to someone else and didn't even try and resolve it; not even a sorry. Another time I ordered online 2 hours before i arrived (i arrived 15 mins before my scheduled pickup) and they told me they just started working on the order and it would be 45 mins and again, no apology what so ever. they need more workers or just better workers
I only do ratings when someone did excellent or absolutely horrible.
I ordered 3 separate combos from this location for my daughter, husband and myself.
My daughter had boneless wings which were fine however my husband and I had wings that were supposed to be sauces but were instead naked wings. I didn’t realize my husband’s and I wings until I made it to his job for lunch which is 20 min from the location.
Their policy for a comp of some sort on food is to bring the wings back. I feel that is the craziest thing ever, if I’m in a rush to drop off kids and make it to my husbands job for lunch; how am I suppose to have time take food back across town.
Do better at making sure the people making the food is actually making it as ordered instead of requesting the customer do it.
I place an order online a called before I got there to let them know I wanted fresh fries and my chicken extra extra well done and extra seasoning my chicken. The chicken was soft an fries was burnt, I asked for more fries an my chicken fried hard. I guess that was a problem cause they still brung me burnt fries with a heavy amount of seasoning. I gave it one more shot they remake it again this time the chicken was good but the fries took a while even tho they were done, I wanted lemon pepper fries the manager with the pink wig dashes fry seasoning on my fries purposely and I tell the boy like I didn’t want this seasoning he’s like oh you didn’t want it at all im like no he said it was an accident I’m like I just seen her do it on purpose he didn’t have nothing to say .he took the fries out separately so they can be lemon pepper seasoning an she did it on purpose I’m not happy all I wanted was some fresh fries for my baby because he was the one who was eating them but I was treated horribly because i wanted the food I paid for made right they first two fries like I was was burnt I tasted it an I still have the nasty taste in my mouth
The quality of food has been going down hill for a couple of years now. I've been eating at this wingstop since it opened and noticed recently that the operations run a little different now. Staff doesn't read orders back when picking up orders, lack of customer service skills over there.
The training doesn't seem to be important at this location. I don't know how strong the leadership is at this store and who is paying attention to food quality.
Today, same with other recent times I've ordered wingstop, the chicken was bland and tasteless. The skin on the chicken was very smooth and little to no seasoning it, I ordered 4 different flavors (cajon, Louisiana rub, garlic parm, and hot honey rub) all with the same issue, no taste, and light on seasoning. I think the staff isn't preparing the food to wingstop instructions. Ordered fries well done and extra cajon seasoning because their fries are notoriously soggy, my fries today were not well done and very light on seasoning as was the same other recent times.
I normally don't go full Karen mode on restaurants I have business with, but this store and firewings are the only shops in town serving the wing flavors I want to eat. I've had good food from this store many years ago, idk if it's management change or what it is... but not worth the money I paid for. I won't be going back any time soon.
The staff here needs to be retrained on how to follow wingstop quality.
I mobile ordered one order of fries for pick-up. It took over 20 minutes! I arrived at the store after 10 minutes. They couldn’t find the order. It took another 10 minutes for them to locate the order number and prepare the food. And this was just one order of french fries!
foods great but service is super bad. did not give us our full order and manager said we had to wait three to five business days to talk to the manager. (we also live a bit away from this location). overall wouldnt really recommend unless you really want some wings.
Horrible Service at this Wing Stop! I'm all for kids having jobs but they have to care . I placed an online order that stated extra well fries with extra fry seasoning and this is what was given to me(See Photo). I then called up to the restaurant after I placed the online order to specifically ask for extra crispy fries. I actually felt it was done intentionally. The Women states fries are only cooked for a minute and a half which doesn't make sense if there is an extra well done option.
I should no better because the last time I was at this Wing Stop FF Police Department had to enter the Restaurant with weapons drawn to pull out a group of kids (who happen to be related to a couple of the workers) accused of theft/ robbery.
