so the french fries were literally just the skins of the potato, some of it rotten skin, just burned and black...still seasoned though so win? sandwich was pitiful. got suckered in by a $7.99 deal and wow. Best and most redeeming thing about Wingstop has always been its french fries so even if the chicken was horrid, i would have plenty of tasty fresh french fries...That was very much NOT the case here. I'll never return.
This Wingstop location consistently puts out great food that tastes amazing. My partner and I used to live in Cedar Rapids and went to the Cedar Rapids location frequently and we never had as good of an experience as we do down here. We go to this location at least once a week. Today, particularly, I had the best tasting food I’ve EVER had from Wingstop EVER… the fries were PERFECTLY crispy and I asked for extra seasoning… and definitely got extra seasoning! The people there are hard workers who are very nice and attentive to customers. Just wanted to shout out this location, because we are so lucky to have our favorite wing-joint be this Wingstop specifically. They are great!
You have been told repeatedly through other reviews to fix your phone and you have not, as is evidenced by me also running into this issue tonight. My food has STILL shown up and it's an hour late and surprise surprise, your phone auto hangs up!
I have not had any issues until now and I'm deeply disappointed to find that this is what I can be expected to deal with if there's a problem. It is not the way to conduct a buisiness. You could have the best food in the world and that does not matter if your customer service is unreachable. I spent almost forty dollars on dinner it appears I'm not getting. I had to go to their official Instagram to lodge a complaint and get a gift card from them because in essentia, you've stolen my money.
In short, fix. Your. Phone. You have refused to change anything people are rightfully criticizing and it's shameful.
While standing a long line waiting for my online order a customer came back in missing 2 of the items of her order. She (politely) asked if she could get fresh fries with it since she had driven 20 minutes home before noticing. The manger came out and decided the best way to handle her apparently very unreasonable request of fresh fries was to argue and yell at her for 10 minutes in front of about 20 customers. Never seen a manger come out and berate a customer over their own mistake. Comically bad customer service
The service is slow and most of the times they don’t make your order correctly. I asked for a modification to my meal before it was done and was told they wouldn’t be able to because they were closing early . They did not close early. They’ve probably gotten 25% of my orders correctly and they purposely don’t answer the phone. Wish there was another location to visit. Worst location ever.
Ordered a hot honey rub fry and corn with ranch. Order came, no ranch, no seasoning on the fries, and no corn. Didn’t pick up any calls. Extremely disappointed
Best wings in town. They provide great customer service, the meal is always ready on time, the wings are excellent with more than enough sauce (which is a great thing!)! Other locations that sell wings do not put enough sauce on, but this place has it down! Overall an A+ experience every time I go here.
Ps- tremendous ranch for dipping!
Great foods and customer service. Store is clean and it is easy to find the parking slot. Highly recommend
