This place is total shit show. Overcharge. 26 minutes for 8 wings. Got wing to office was supposed to be no heat garlic parmesan. They were so hot I could only eat two. First and last time. I go to Florence location every two weeks and food is spot on good customer service and don't charge extra for sweet BBQ.
This is my go to chicken place in Clifton. I got garlic parmesan tenders with blue cheese dipping sauce. All good, no complaints.
It wasn't bad, there was a long wait. Some of the choices for the classic wings were less flavorful but those classic hot ones were awesome. Overall I enjoyed it and so did the family.
Order was fine but when my friend had picked up her order, the staff was rude. The two girls were also rude to the guy right next to her and raising their voices. Kept yelling they’re not accepting walk-ins when both our orders were carry outs and on the shelf to grab, but then proceeded to assist a WALK-IN when they had just yelled they don’t accept them ????????????
The lady with eye glasses on pickup delivery was really not friendly for no reason ???? the french fries was really oily
I went in as a first time customer purchased 10 traditional bq wings with the ten piece corn
I live far, then got home to eat my food and my wings was dry like they were old or over cooked. My wings had no sauce on them at all, so I called they told me to bring the food back they would remake it, then the manager got the phone told me he would just give me a store credit just call to place my order when I’m ready and I can pick my food up, I still have my receipt I write the manager name on the receipt. So today I called to place my order I was told while explaining that the manager I mentioned was just now walking in, I was told to hold on three mins later I was told he’s in a meeting and will call me back which never happened
So from now on I’ll go to a different wing stop and not that one any more I wouldn’t recommend them. And I still went and bought food from another location.

Always door dashers crowded around the counter
Unfriendly staff that is never and has never been helpful
Called the store and have been on hold for 10 min already I will edit this with the amount of time it takes to pick up if ever
Only store in the area that isn’t doing .70 wings Monday and Tuesday
Always homeless people inside the store and around it asking you for money
Worst location I’ve seen won’t be going back until some serious changes take place
I forgot to mention the amount of time it takes to get your food, I have ordered ahead in the app and came to the store after the expected time it said and still waited 30 min for food because a worker didn’t say anything to me or answer me when I was asking about my food, it was cold sitting on the shelf the entire time ????♂️
