Manger Eden was very very rude I let her know about the food I let her know if we can take the food back to be remade she had alot of attitude. Had to come all the way back just to be greeted with attitude as if I did something wrong after paying $40 for our meal to be old and dry and with attitude
food was so mid, it was not delicious like it used to be not to mention how the fries and wings did not hit. i must say its the staff, also, the music eas absolutely inappropriate, they kept playing emo music like ugh, this is not the early 2000s??? i cant believe i stepped foot in this establishment, abolish it at once !
Since I got takeout, one would expect the food to be cold and gross, but that was opposite of my experience. The tender combo came already with a ranch, which is appreciated coming from a dip sauce enthusiast. The corn tasted fresh and the cajun seasoning was present. I like the to-go option, but I believe that a delivery to car service will heavily improve the outcome for some customers in a positive way.
Every single time I go here & I go often because I live close by , every time it never fails they always get my order wrong, a couple days ago I had ordered garlic parmesan & they gave me plain wings no flavor & I had ordered it through DoorDash so imagine my disappointment when I got my order at home & it was just plain wings that looked like they were left overnight. I’m done with this wingstop location I’m never going here again all they do is mess up the orders every time. Such disappointment.
I've came here 3 times and out of all those 3 visits they never messed up my order and provided great customer service.
There is a wait for the food though but that's understandable since they're making everything fresh.

This is one of my dashing stores. pretty swift with service;at times they get full (we all know how goes). As for food I can't say I remember eatting here other than maybe once possibly twice; it's good ! The location is sizeable, restrooms tend to be clean. As for parking well it's a bit small, but right across the immediate property theirs a larger parking area. I say come try it !
Ordered online through doordash for a pickup and they gave my order to someone else. I asked the manager to assure my order was correct since there was a 45 minute delay. His answer was we are backed up with a lot a of orders. I can throw your wings back in the frier and will take 10 more minutes. Then he said like I said I am very busy and hung up on.me.
This location and the one on south tenth street by city cafe generally imo make the wings the best out of all the other wing stops in the area. I still prefer iiwings in Pharr and McAllen more but these two locations are good
