This is unacceptable and DISGUSTING!???? my boyfriend’s food was undercooked & rubbery feeling mid eating and mine was raw with a gray coloring in & on the corner of my burger. To top it off the corn was over seasoned and was not enjoyable to even eat after one bite. I don’t know who was the cook around 9pm today 1/19/2024 but they didn’t do a good job in the back, they thought they could get away with the breading on the burgers but luckily we noticed it before eating the rest of the nasty chicken. I hope I don’t get sick from the portion I ate & really need a refund for that food. Be careful before you eat your chicken there.
Customer service is the worst! Brandi was very rude while taking customers orders, huffing and puffing for no reason. I was the fourth customer in the restaurant so really no reason to be overwhelmed. While the other coworker was making the orders she would rudely ask her if she had the items and would rudely tell here what she could and couldn’t do. Definitely won’t be returning.
Very disappointed in the service we received today. We arrived at 330 to an empty restaurant. Ordered 10 wings, 3 chicken strips and a chicken sandwich. Didn't receive our food until 402. Two people came in to order and left before we did. Workers were too busy working on online orders to work on ours. We had to ask about our food twice, both times they told us we were waiting on fries. When we received the food fries were cold. A worker also made herself a to go bag before clocking out instead of helping with the pending orders they had. Will be contacting corporate to get a refund.
YOU WILL HAVE EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA!!!!! STOP, DON’T GO! I never leave reviews but I have to warn you. After hours of stomach pain, I was on and off the toilet. The person who ate with me too also had cramps. SO MANY other reviews here talking about uncleanliness and food poisoning, which I briefly saw before going but forgot and didn’t think much of it because I wanted to see what all the hype was about. Not worth it.
They need to not be so selfish and care for others by being clean.
Food tasted okay, long wait, the ppl were nice and i got extra, looked clean but it is not. Don’t wanna believe me, then go poop. Eat some yummy bacteria and parasites.
Very disappointed in the service I received yesterday. Wings were shrunken and burnt, and a $5 tub of bleu cheese was what I ordered but I got a bunch of little bleu cheeses instead.
I picked up some bone in wings and they were super dry with barely any sauce. They did not look fresh. Long wongs is 100% better and it's not hit or miss on the quality.
After paying $35 for 10 wings and 4 tenders through Doordash, I would expect something less sloppily made. Last time they forgot my wings and after 30minutes of waiting for a remake, I got soo irritated and just left without them. I highly recommend Bruno’s on 67th Ave & Olive. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G wings and Italian food and it is family owned. Support your local mom and pop shops instead of a huge corporation with greedy millionaires getting richer and richer that run it.
Came to this location a few days ago and I'm leaving a negative review because my friends had a bad experience. We came to the restaurant around 11:20 PM and waited 20+ minutes for our food. My order was correct, however, my two friends had their orders messed up and had to wait another 15 minutes for their order to be fixed. It was 11:59 when a worker reminded us that the store closed in 1 minute. Not once did the workers apologize for the inconvenience for the wrong orders or the wait time. Horrible customer service and I don't recommend coming to this location.
