Plenty of parking space. Safe location. Family friendly restaurant. The order clerk last Tuesday 11/5 around 12pm or 1pm, she was the best! She helped me, a first timer, to learn about the menu. Friendly and kind, very patient and I want to thank her. The BBQ and regular wings were delicious and tasty and hot. The prices are worth the flavorful wings. And they stayed hot all the way to my table on a takeout order. Great service, food, all in 15 quick minutes.
Wings are hit or miss, some days more flavor and cooked well other times completely no flavor and over cooked. When its good its really good and when it's off, so so off. I have been here few times, it has no consistency, if I feel like wings I hope for the best. Its the location that is convenient at times for me. Also, prices went up here, a 6 pieces combo use to be way cheaper, now its about $17. There is free parking at least.
Did this location stop seasoning their fries? The last two times I've been here their fries taste like Ore Ida frozen fries with salt only.
i don’t like leaving bad reviews at all, but i’ve ordered here about three separate times for delivery. and each time they give me the wrong order. I’m not sure there was a time i correctly received my order, whether it’s missing items, or the wrong persons order altogether. :( i’m not sure why it’s only this location but i would order somewhere else if you don’t want to be disappointed. Though im able to receive a partial refund most of the time, the process to resolve the problem is way harder than just ordering from somewhere else.
I went to have lunch on Sunday. When my order was ready the fries seem to be old I would say a couple of days.immediatelly I took them back and the manager helped me I told him that the fries seem old and he told the boys in the back to replace them. Not one minute went by and the gave to me seem the same ones. I ate the chicken which I order the Parmesan cheese and It looks old too.when I finished I took the fries back and gave them to the manager and said the thing that they were old. He said it was because the potatoes that they were getting. Then he showed me a new fried that was just cook and my answer was yes they look different. by that time I was done with them. Very unhappy. Food don't taste the same as before in this restaurant
Both the wings and the fries were totally saturated with grease. This was my 1st and worse junk food experience by far. Taking into account that when you pay $16 for 6 wings you expect to eat a good meal.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. The people that they have working there are unprofessional disgusting talking about customers in Spanish, thinking that they can’t understand them so disrespectful. want to get all scared and wonder why people act out. It’s because the way you people treat Them. It’s not ok what happened to me at wings stop in Covina ca on 7/20/2024
Great place....prices are damm good....but food a little bit salty
