Food and service were good, but they put my wife's garlic parmesan wings with my original hot wings, which the sauce of the original hot bled over onto hers, which was a big mistake. And the fries (pictured) are basically pieces instead of the potato length, which just sucks. I understand they're providing less service to maintain their profit margins but it's basically stealing customer's money because you're not getting what you used to get forth same price. Needless to say, we're done with WingStop....
Dishonest Management! I ordered from Wing Stop on November 30th. They used a 3rd party to deliver my order (Door Dash) the dasher arrived with the wrong order not even from wingstop but I was told my order was delivered. The Dasher was standing at the door when I opened it and saw the order was wrong. I told him he took it, I contacted Wingstop and they said they would refund me for the 3rd party not picking up my order. That was after saying they would wait 15 min to see if someone would pick it up. No one picked the order up, they proceed to tell me I can pick it up myself I told them no I need a refund. The manager on duty assured me he canceled the order and refunded my money. its been 9 days since there 3-5 business day window and no refund. He never canceled it, took my money and I never got my food!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
The environment felt slightly hectic and I felt a little rushed to leave, but I understand that’s this is a very busy establishment and don’t mind it one bit (only mentioning because I know some people take it personally). The food has been amazing every time I visited, I have no complaints about that. The team also works very quickly which I appreciate. Love this place!
I come pretty regularly I’ve had a couple bad experiences until today. When I walked in a young man named Alejandro, gave me a fantastic experience when he remembered me by name, and immediately went to go look for my order it made me feel special reminded me of my hometown when I was a kid where the businesses are family owned great experience, and I will definitely be coming more often. thank you, Alejandro
I always loved WingStop’s food. Because this place is carry out only, I may not go again. I hope they can allow dine in at some point. They have great food and the staff seems kind.
Every single time I order online they have my order ready on time ???? I'm giving it a 5star cause my wings are always on point! Wings are not dry or skinny ???? they are juicy and delicious w/extra sauce????

I ordered from online and got my wings. There's barely any seasoning on them and there is literally like a quarter inch of grease in the bottom of my food and it's just too greasy to eat, highly disappointing
I ordered two french fries and four ranches and one buffalo chicken wings the french fries wasn’t even cooked it was a bit cold and the other french fry was super oily and I don’t want to call out the employees but one of the employees that starts with the letter E she kept making fun of me for what kind of pants I was wearing in Spanish to the other employees and they gave me two ranches instead of four????????
