I occasionally eat here and the service is usually exceptional. But this time was a little different, in a good way thanks to a kind employee named Grace . I ordered a 20pc wings extra crispy and everything looked great per my order instructions, but one of the wing sauce was incorrect. So I call to let her know and try to get it corrected. I explained my situation and to my surprise she was very polite and helpful. She explained to me what happened and replaced my order with no problems even offered me a drink while waiting. Thank you Grace, you made my visit ????× better.

Hot honey rub is amazing and glad is here to stay!
Asking for extra crispy is my go to on the bone in wings bc it makes the flavor 2x as good!
“Order online and skip the wait” is BS.
I ordered online and came about 20 mins later and I told the pink haired chick my name and she said it’d be another 20 mins.
Sat down to wait and noticed she was giving everyone their drinks and wondered why she didn’t give us ours.
She was calling everyone’s name out as the food came ready and we sat for 30 minutes and got back up to ask and a guy from the back asked my name and he found our order sitting there for who knows how long.
All of the food was barely warm and when we got home we noticed the forgot the chicken sandwich… 2 parts to this order and they forget half of it. ????♂️
How do you suck this bad?
The Louisiana rub and garlic parmesan boneless wings were good. We also tired the cajun tenders, fried and corm.
We went here since it is just steps away from the taekwondo and the 4 flavors we ordered that were boneless were too salty and they missed one of the flavor we ordered as well.
I want to say me and my wife have been here twice to dine in and this one gentleman is always so respectful and very sweet. His name is junior
Store is a hot mess, 98% of the staff on any given evening have piss poor attitude which is on full display for customers. Good luck getting ahold of them on the phone, they will put you on hold, never to be heard from again. Call back you'll be out on hold or hung up on. Online order, what online order. Half the time they forgot about it and now your pre order is being slapped together when your there to pick up leaving you to wait 30 minutes for something you technically ordered an hour ago. Fire them all and bring better quality of humans to run the place. What a shame.
4 and half stars, overall always consistent with my orders larger wings and seasoned well.
