The service could use a LOT of work at this location. They don't even greet customers. They just say "placing or picking up". A simple hello would go a long way. I arrived on time, my food wasn't ready at the quoted time, no one gave me a new timeframe, no one said it was coming right up, no communication at all. That said, the wings themselves were very good. Especially the Hot Honey. And I love the ranch and blue cheese.
I drove from Cleveland Clinic with my son to get wings. We are from out of town. The lady at the desk said we had to order online that she doesn’t have time to work the register. I told her my phone signal isn’t working right, and she said she was sorry but she don’t have time to do a quick order and make orders. There looked to be about 5 other workers in the back. So we unfortunately had to leave and go to another location.

I don’t eat chicken, but I have always loved wing stop french fries.. first time coming to this location, everyone was super friendly and my fries came to me quicker than most fast food restaurants while STILL being nice and hot. Thats the way it should be done! These guys was busy, but still did a great job keeping the hot food coming fast and did it with a smile on their face. Definitely will come back in the future.
Walked in at 11:45 to see if it was too late to place an order. Dre took my order he very pleasant and friendly. My order was ready in less than 10 minutes. I worked in customer service for over 10 years, I know how it goes when you worked hard all day and ready to go by the end of the night. I really appreciate the team for getting me in last minute! The wings were amazing! Thank you for the extra effort and hard work!
I’m dumbfounded how this location can stay open. The customer service is awful. The young woman taking orders acts like you putting an order in is the worst thing that’s ever happened to her. Extremely disorganized for to go pickups. Then to top it all off I get home my boneless wings aren’t boneless. If I wanted flats and drums I would’ve ordered flats and drums. No surprise why you have a 2.9 rating. How can a Wingstop have a 2.9?!?? It’s chicken and fries????
Leaving this review simply because the service was poor. The manager actually told the Cashier. We don’t have a register and we are taking online order. So, why not close the doors or provide a sign.
The workers were sitting and talking the music was on. And manager was rude.
I visiting from out town and this was not like any other Wingstop.
I'd like the French fries a lot and I had the wings with bone in and mild hot sauce it was very yummy but it seems like they're giving a tiny but less on the French fries. The girl at the front cash register she said she was new but she was very nice and very pleasant. But her definition of 15 minutes was way longer than a 15 minute wait for my food, She did say they were pretty busy.
I will not be returning to Wing Stop after a unforgettable experience. Definitely would not recommend this location. However, the young man that took my order was very polite and pleasant. He continued to apologize for my long wait. As I observed the staff I found them to be unprofessional, rude and ill-mannered. In addition, the manager had no personality and was not bothered by her staff's behavior. There was abundance of workers in the kitchen area, however, they appeared chaotic and only focused on their Doordash orders. One cooks began to rant about doing his job and spewing "we needed to get out". Again the young man at counter continued to apologize for his coworker's behavior. This location appears to be very poorly ran.
There is a definite need for additional training. Perhaps, focusing on operations and applying customer service skills.
