Today's experience at Wing Stop was a good one. The wings were flavored well and the fries were fresh and hot.
(Dining room table could use some assistance. Very very bad wobbly small table. I had to push it against the wall In order to be able to use it. ) Temp was COLD ???? ❄️ inside today. Burrrrrr.
Service was friendly and efficient today

We did t receive what I had ordered. I ordered original wings and instead received boneless fried wings.
However, upon looking at my receipt I was charged for boneless wings but, that is not what was requested the time of ordering.
Next time I will be sure to triple check the receipt after purchase.

Restroom ???? hours ⛔
The mens restroom door is in need of repair. The locking mechanism/ door here is extremely loose and different to properly use.
(SOLUTION) ????
Also ADD a foot pull on the door to easily open door.
Remove door handle, install pull handle outside and different locking mechanism inside .
Easier to use and more sanitary while still proving privacy
Also, men's rook needs better soap dispenser.⛔

Diet drinks in soda machine has no syrup⛔
Regular drinks seemed to work fine. ✅
Staff was friendly and efficient.✅

Today's service was friendly
My order was correct
And the wings were made to perfection.
The firenchfries were hot and tasty.
The dinks could use a bit more flavoring in the soda machine .
The Blue Cheese was on point.
Over all 4 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐
The hot wings ordered today were originall hot, BBQ/ / Hawaiian .
The sides consisted of veggie sticks french fries with blue cheese and ranch dressing
Soda/Drinks- Dr.Pepper of multiple flavors
✅ The hot wings were absolutely wonderful.
They completely drenched swimming in mouth watering sauce.

I told worker William that the Zero drinks I was attempting to get were bitter. He said he had just checked the machine. I told him to come taste for himself. He checked the machines computer...(did not taste anything) turned and looked at me and said... the drinks are fine and walked away. He didn't do any further troubleshooting or offer any type of refund. The level of service was rude and dismissive.
This place it's in sane. The lady taking orders. She look very mad ???? when taking orders. Food takes longer to be done because workers are only talking to each other most of the time.. 4 guys in the kitchen and only one guy it's working the rest watching ???? and talking. Waited 30 mins for my food.
Usually I love this particular store, but I waited THIRTY minutes last time, for just a single order of fries! & today I make it home through construction/traffic, only to see there is ZERO dipping sauce in either of my bags.
The only place I've ever ordered from that will make your order over an hour and a half late, and when you call to ask about it, they hang up on you!!!
Update, I never received my food because my order was never made!!! It's pretty typical of the people that work there I guess!!! The two different girls that answered the phone should 100% be fired from their job for their poor customer service!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

It really felt like that hang out diner in a small town i grew up in. My friends and i would go skating, bowling, or to the arcade. We loved our grub spot! Them wings, ????, and ???? hit the spot for me in flashback fever. Your zesty recipes are retrofit!
Food is good but I'm missing my fries. Definitely check your bag prior to leaving.
