There was no honey on the hot honey wings, the Cajun wings and the hot honey wings looked the same I think they gave me double Cajun wings but honestly I don’t even think they did that because there’s barely any seasoning on them. They didn’t give me a straw for my drink or any utensils. Food was cold.
i ordered uber eats after almost finishing my fries i found a roach in it and i called the store for a refund and they immediately hung up. if i could leave zero stars i would. do not order from this location it’s disgusting.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I spent 80$ worth of money for wings here and they didn't even clean my wings! What kind of BS is this!?! Leads me to believe they never clean their chicken when they cook it for us to eat. The chicken still had feathers on them. This was on the garlic parmesan and if I didn't pay attention, I would have thought it was the parmesan cheese. This is terrible. I didn't see it until we had already dug into our food, so now we can't even get our money back but we will not be going back to this Wingstop! Plus I ordered ahead of time, they were not busy, they had plenty of time. My food was cold when I picked it up. I scheduled it for 4pm. Got there at 415pm, my fries were soggy and my chicken wings were already cold. What a terrible experience when I love Wingstop!
Food is good but service !! Wow!!! I called , customer services lovely . But the amount of time it took for them to prepared 10 wings and barely fries is crazy . I called at 1:13pm for pick up lady said 20 mins it took them over a hour for my food to be ready . My food was ready at 2:26pm. Sorry that is ridiculous . Store wasn’t even pack . Two cooks that were honestly working really slow and the cashier that was trying her best ! “WE’RE HIRING” should be on the front door immediately!!!
Worst wingstop I've ever been to. Everything I pickup a doordash order, you have to wait 15 to 30 minutes for pickup.
Whats worse today, is I stepped into the store and nobody said a word to me for 7 minutes. I get your busy, but at least acknowledge somebody walking into the store. All employees, including the manager, were just chatting with each other.
So my mother and I visited this location January 4th, 2024. There were 2 gentlemen taking turns walking out back. The entire restaurant smelled of weed anyways but as soon as they would open that back door the weed smell became unbearable. One guy was the cook but not sure what the other guys occupation was. The female at the front of the restaurant seemed to be the only one not smoking and she was very friendly. The corn we ordered was taken to my dieing brother in the hospital. But we were so mortified because our clothes and the food we brought to the hospital smelled entirely of weed, we were humiliated. Not to mention they forgot some of our order. I don't care what people do at their own home but to bring it to a place of work is unbelievable. I'd have a new manager take over this place immediately. I will not be back.
Hands down the best Wingstop I've ever been to and I've been to quite a few. The food was great and the employees were wonderful!! I'd actually give 6 stars if i could. Definitely will return here any time I'm in the area
I put in an online order at 11:19 , I come to grab my food right before they close the “manager” says to me that the ticket didn’t come out but I have the confirmation email and the money is taken out of my account. I wish she would have just told me that she gave my food away but she got hostile and that’s how I knew she gave it away. Also right before I walk in I see a lady walking out with 5 bags of food , like come on , We asked her could we just get some food if we couldn’t get a refund and she said she can’t do anything so they took my money and I didn’t get my food.
